In the current era it is so very important to teach spirituality and not preach religion. Religion is the very premise of everything that has gone wrong in this country. The Bible is what I call the master book of psychology, but few can read at the level today.
I appreciate dr Wyne Dyer's books. And looking at him was ok until I noticed his circling handgestures. They keep going on until eternity and are for me so destracting. I can't watch him anymore.

Dear Bart- You dont have to watch. Its better not to. Close your eyes and rest and just listen. Focusing on your inner core requires that, because it is always distractions that get in the way in life. Thats what I do, Im in serious chill mode, and I sometimes take notes. Its a form of meditation, to just listen.
