For me I tried to do the right thing my whole life. One day I finally had enough and realized I cant do what needs to be done. Then I gave up and was ready to die. That's when I saw the truth. That's when I saw God.

Jesse is wrong to tell people not to read the Bible . He quotes it often when it suits his narrative , but , when it doesn't , then he says you can't trust the Word . I like Jesse and he's funny - I watch him almost every day , but when it comes to the Bible , yes that is my God . How would you come to know God , if not through his Word ? As Jesus said , If you have seen Me , you have seen The Father . The Father and I are one . Jesse gets this concept wrong as well . He says Jesus is not God , just like the Jehova's Witnesses . (Isaiah 9:6) God became The Son of man , Jesus , to suffer for our sins and pay the price of our redemption . Who but God can forgive sin ? We make choices all day , every day , that is your God given free will . Moses told the Israelites to CHOOSE between Life and Death . How could they do this without free will ? Listen , if you choose to listen to Jesse instead of the Word of God , our Heavenly Father has given you the ability to do so . Like Joshua said , As for me and my house we will serve The Lord .
