QOTD: Whitney, her Miltank's stomp attack legit feels like a 99% chance to flinch your pokemon and not even gonna mention the fact that milktank is very fast you wouldn't be outspeeding it anytime unless you over level your team and attract is so annoying to deal with considering your starter(the pokemon that is obviously the strongest in your team) is 85% a male one and your pokemon legit always gets infatuated by a dumb cow. idk I just really hate Whitney by how annoying she is to fight

Clair. She is even worse on remakes, because of the goddamn Dragon Pulse hitting hard af. She has the same problem of Whitney with nit being able to hit SE, but the difference is that you can overcome that with Whitney in MANY different ways. Her Kingdra is tank and spank and that's it. I remember using a Victreebel against her, and 'stalling' with poison, and trying to outheal her damage.

Everyone saying Whitney is a fool, sand attack, curse, hypnosis, starting your own rollout on her clefairy, level 20 machop, or rage feraligator all make this fight easy af. And they're all pretty easily obtainable before the Whitney fight.

Why would you lead a game against a single Pokémon with a slower Pokémon?

You laugh at it but this Rattata is likely to have two levels of advantage over opponent's FEAR Pokemon and if they try to outsmart it with a level 5 Rattata (for example), Hustle and Curse may be crucial. Do you now understand how brilliant this set is?
