"Caitlin Clark needs to realize she's not playing with college girls anymore. She's playing with full-grown professional women now, and it's gonna be a lot harder for her to... um... huh... wait...oh ... never mind." lol.
Yeah she is basically playing like a man in woman's league but Is actually a woman. She's even embarrassing the men in the woman's league. She's that good. Male grinner can't stop her no wonder Britney grinner didn't compete with the other men. Ck still embarrassed that dude that's pretty bad.lgbtq community should be embarrassed
I don't know why you are saying that... She is out performing any of those " professional women".... Go figure... Caitlin Clark is basketball!!!! Get used to it....
Lmao she's in the talks of being a future goat but the media and WNBA telling the rest of the league to take it easy on her 😂😂 talk about low ass standards
the whole of the wnba should be groveling at her feet for the relevance she's bringing. she'll have her own wing in what ever hall of fame the wnba has
Agreed. Too early to call her a female Larry Bird yet, but I'd be lying if I didn't see similar qualities there. Larry was pretty good off the jump, too.
@@highdadd6526 no, they need to grovel. This is going to be a turning point in women’s basket ball history. They’re all going to benefit and by virtue of Caitlyn’s popularity, all profit off of it by getting higher salaries in the long run. Caitlyn should be getting a 3.5% cut of every salary in the wnba in the coming years.
The similarities between Bird and Clark are there. Both lost the NCAA Championship. Both are trash talkers. And both have established rivals. AND both can score from anywhere on the court. If Clark is able to save the WNBA... Then she will be just like Bird
Diana Taurasi is nothing short of an overrated declining star who snagged a cheap gold medal in Paris as a bench warmer instead of passing the torch to a more than talented rookie like Caitlin Clark is. Taurasi has made a mockery of her legacy and will sadly go down in history as a petty, selfish and greedy individual. Her contribution to Team USA's Olympic victory was lower than zero while Caitlin Clark shines out on the court! Caitlin Clark is for basketball what Lionel Messi is for soccer! The reality has already come ☝🏻😎
relax. DT played well in her career. CC will play even better. The next generation always supersedes the previous. Its life. No need to hate on DT, I am sure CC looked up to her growing up.
@@voguehaven5154 She did say that she did look up to DT. Thing is, these old female players are too bitter, jaded, and Jealous of CC's money and notoriety. She will make over 150 million dollars over her career. None of these other females will even come close.
Taurasi has a little thuggish side to her. Her enforcer is Natasha Cloud. Kahleah Cooper is a stone cold baller. Brittney Griner should be dominant inside but might take an outside shot here and there. Caitlin's Fever beat the Mercury 3 times and the WUSA team by her All Stars and Arike's performance. She dished to her rival Angel Reese without any problem. That's just her court sense shining through.
This will probably be the last Olympics where the woman's team wins gold with a Dream Team style roster. Unlike the men's team, which faced that reality in 2004, team USA's women's team was considered so OP that they didn't have to send their best, they send their aging legends to honor their careers, because as dominant as the men's team has been internationally, the women's has been even more dominant. It was seen as a forgone conclusion that team USA would win EASILY, even without their best young players. No one expected France to play as well as they did, they were still the heavy underdogs, but even in a loss, they showed that team USA could be mortal, and yea, Taurasi was lucky they didn't suffer a career shaming silver, because they got DESTROYED by the practice team with Clark and other young stars. Because of that, this is the last time that will happen, and ironically, USA will now be sending teams that look more like their practice team this year than their actual Olympic roster lmao. Guess she had a grudge after that embarrassment suffered during the practice game.
Excellent work! thank you! Caitlyn Clark has made single handedly with her team the toughest game to feel like watching Bolshoi's "Swan Lakes"! Pure Delight!
Clark is my women's basketball GOAT. She already did the impossible, brought viewers to the WNBA. Real viewers, not people like me who only watched WNBA lowlights for a quick laugh 😂
They can’t believe the white girl can run circles around pretty much all of them.. They are pissed off mainly cuz its a white straight attractive women . I never heard of any of these women until Caitlyn Clark came to the courts.
Angel Reese is not jealous. Everybody like people like yourself overlook what people call a rivalry not jealousy so let’s not get it messed up and Clark talk smack all through college and she did the hand in the face and the ring on the finger to Angel Reese, when LSU came back the next year and beat Iowa Reese did the same thing back to her and the black girl as usual catch all the flat when the white girl Clark did it to her first nobody said a word now you call it jealousy no, she don’t like her. That is what a deal is there’s no jealousy.
The Egos on some of these mediocre players. They hate her because she's good and she shows them up in the game and their big mouth's just shows us what weak people they are!!! Loud and noisy and Vile.....
Taurasi is a generational talent herself. There is nothing wrong with taking some trash. Men do it from the plauground to the nba. Now its some taboo thing because we are talking about women. They are ballers first amd foremost amd Taurasi had earned the right to talk trash.
@@willhickey7387 Yea, but she was talking trash for no reason. CC hadn't even been drafted yet. She was talking trash because of the attention CC was already getting. No reason to talk trash other than jealousy. It's so obvious.
I remember another player who was said to be the king of trash talk; who routinely embarrassed other players who thought they could out play him. He would go on to become a legend, because he could back up every word. A little Bird told me, he was so very, very good.
Clark should pay attention to Bird his career was cut short by 8 years.Clark is being targeted by the refs and whatever the other things playing on the court against her.
1:40, that makes me think of her like Bird! That dude talked smack about he was gonna do, than do it in their face! 🤣🤣
Pete Maravich's college career spanned from 1967 to 1970. Maravich's final college game came more than 16 years before the 3-point line was adopted across all of college basketball. Maravich scored 3,667 points over three seasons without the 3-point line.
Hit me for the first time watching the Chennedy Carter postgame interview after she knocked Caitlin to the floor... when Chennedy says I ain't answering no Caitlin Clark questions it is very disappointing to see Kamilla Cardosa giggle at Chennedy' response in support of Chennedy. Caitlin Clark was the one who thought Cordosa should also, be in that basketball documentary... now feel like Caitlin should have picked someone else... what a back stabber move by Cordosa...
I hate the way she seems to phrase it as if she is tired of people asking her about Caitlin Clark when it’s not relevant and they should instead ask about her. But she is the one who made it relevant by targeting her with a dirty play. The question didn’t come out of nowhere, she can’t take personal responsibility
I'd like to say to the sportscaster that was laughing and agreeing when Diana Taurasi what's trash talking about reality. Well to you sir a great big HA,HA,HA!!!! REALITY🎉
D.T u need to be a responsible person and apologize for all of ur B.S towards C.C. people who put people down are the ones ashamed of them selves so grow up and act like a 42 yr old respectful woman towards everyone.
4:00 Caitlan Clark, arguably the best women’s basketball player ever, broke Pistol Pete Maravich’s scoring record on 3 March, 2024. As a freshman, Maravich was ineligible to play varsity so his college career spanned three seasons; 1967-1970. During that period: -there was no shot clock and the 4-corner stall defense was common against a team with a high scoring player. -there was no 3-point shot -the highest percentage shot in basketball, dunking, was not allowed Number of Games Total Points Maravich 83 3,667 Clark 130 3,668
Absolutely. Fever should have never lost that 3rd game against the Chicago Sky. It was mostly the Coach's fault for letting them catch up. They should have never let go of the accelerator. That is why CC was pissed and angry. She let the team to slow down too much and let the Sky come back and win.
@@1flash3571Fever Head Coach Christie Sides let at least two obvious wins slip through her fingers because she reverted to old, WNBA slow-ball. Fortunately, it is apparent Sides was on the listening side of a serious “talk” from her boss during the break, “Let Caitlin be Caitlin…”, or else. Suddenly, C.C. and the team is playing Iowa ball and Sides is praising and defending Clark. The next couple of games will reveal whether Sides’ adjustment is temporary or permanent. Fingers crossed. 🤞
Hadn't really seen this clear of an angle of Sky bench after the Carter hit. Classless Reese celebrating a cowardly attack from behind, while another teammate pops up with a look of what the hell were you thinking with that garbage?
Caitlin Clark is like Larry Bird. Larry talked a lot of trash, too. Larry could back his trash talk with great performances. Caitlin has this unique talent.
They were the greatest in a lackluster league that couldn't draw a full smaller arena. Big frog small puddle croaking how great they are. No gratitude for all the benefits CC brings to all players in that league
PS the sad part is I’m from New Orleans so obviously that’s Louisiana. I’m an LSU fan. I pulled against LSU because I don’t like the attitude. The team had an Reese was the main reason. It’s just sad. It really is like her getting off the bench and clapping when someone gets hit and possibly injured like she’s worse than Steven Smith going back-and-forth first she’s friends with CC. She’s not like CC is smart because she don’t care or if she does, she doesn’t let none of it bother her where we get to see it and I love that. She just whoops everybody’s ass like a bad ass kid who whoop that the team plays and now she is on fire. She’s got this down, yeah do they make sure they cover her and her three-point percentage isn’t what it should be, but it will be but look at her scoring average still up there. She is going to be rookie of the year mark already over. She will be MVP next year or the year after it’s crazy hate and jealousy they do to her because of race because she straight I don’t know what it has to do. It’s I probably think it’s a little bit of everything but Diana Rossi‘s old ass shouldn’t have been on that Olympic team, but wish she did is wake wake CC
Reality is coming … Reality: 21.3 ppg, 11.7 apg, 6.7 rpg and three wins in three games. Bring in the broom, boys and girls, ‘cause that a Sssssssswwwweeeeeeeeeep. How’s that for reality, Dianasaur?
Something Tauras has failed to grasp is no one ever held the torch😂 she was the face of a charity league. CC is the face of a movement in women’s basketball not just in the WNBA because I can promise y’all Juju and Paige Buckets are about to go crazy. We’re in a new era Taurasi and the WNBA’s toxic culture are old news.
What was even more telling about reese standing up to cheer the foul on caitlyn was how just a few feet away another of her teammates also stood up woth the complete oppoaite reaction
"Theres levels to this" Yeah there's the level of competition that Diana Terrasi got known during and then theres the new level things are at now. A shame Diana chose to go out sad instead of playing it smart and acknowledging the new generation is way better
Larry Bird was a huge trash talker but he backed it up every time. He would even tell his opponents exactly what he was about to do and they still couldn’t stop him. Larry Legend
Michael Jordan in his early years was fouled constantly aggressively. He spent a Summer lifting weights and building muscle anticipating another year of hard intentional fouling. His added strength the following year allowed him to defend himself better and to drive the rim more aggressively. . and eventually when Chicago got Rodman, the Bulls had someone who was willing to dish it out and help defend Jordan. If Caitlan Clark stays with Indiana, they need someone to dish it out. If Caitlan goes to Europe to play basketball, I personally think it's a good idea. To play in a good league with high standards in reffing is a good choice.
Seeing all these bitter old WNBA vets eat crow in the next few years is going to be hilarious. You would think they would just thank Caitlin Clark for having people tune in to their league.
Some of this is old news. Taurasi wants Caitlin to come to Mercury now. Her haters are disappearing after half a season. Even Angel Reese is good with her now. For perspective, some of the hate is Caitlin's fault. When coach Hammond said Caitlin was the biggest trash talker she's ever seen, that wasn't an exaggeration. The media was probably planning on pitting Caitlin against Paige as an alternative to Angel, but that won't work, everyone knows they are good friends. ESPN is dying and needs drama for clicks.
I ain’t ever seen you make a wnba video, and the reason you did was because of Caitlin Clark. She is going to change the women’s game forever. She is the female mj in terms of impact
CC is the Kobe of the WNBA. Total killer on the court & mamba mentality. There’s levels to this thing”.. what levels? Also big chip by being left off Olympics and fresh. Job not finished
DT is fixin’ to be the goat in a delicious North African curry or spices …. wait just a second, Mama’s callin’ from Tanzania. My bad. I obey my mama. Never use spoiled meat. 😂😂😂😂😂
Caitlin Clark a basketball floor general. She’s playing chess and the rest of the league is playing checkers. She is fearless and backs down to no one. I’m calling it now, WNBA GOAT in the making.
