The biggest facts. Been watching him for years. Learned many strategies and ways to play. Not gonna lie. I think my aim is at like 11% but my KD is a 1.5 ranked with over 2000 hours played.
@@Hurricane_Blanco That couldn't be farther from the truth. Bad aim literally means you can turn and kill someone behind who is just not killing you fast enough or missing entirely. Siege just has low recoil, low spread and 1 hit headshots which means the skill gap/ceiling just isn't as high, but there still is a skill gap and reaction/aim decides most encounters. On top of that it let's you shoot through actual pixel sized holes and was never really a competitive game as a result, it just had literal millions of dollars dumped into it to tell people it's "competitive", while surrounded by terrible design decisions. It should have stuck to actual Rainbow Six, back when the series was fun, but that's another story. People who think this aim is "bad" have no clue what they are talking about and are likely trash tier wannabee's.
6:10 it’s so sad that queuing with people that plays and coordinate like this is really really rare on siege. Look at how they play their roles so well and then play the post plant smartly. So beautiful to watch.
4:45 as sledge, probably should've hammered the shield, shot the frost mat, then peeked. would've taken more time into the 10s, allowed you to position into a potentially better spot, but in turn would've given him a chance.
The title sums up why I consider Macie the apex of R6 content creators. He doesn’t spout controversial opinions, make poor jokes about operators cultures, and isnt a COD montage youtuber. He showcases clean gameplay, innovative use of the gadgets, and how useful your brain is. Theres three paradigms of players, brain, heart, and body. Too many siege creators and players are body and heart based.
"nothing more satisfying than putting your opponent in 'check mate' because there's nothing more he can do" technically you personified 'zugzwang' more so fits the definition you gave for the last moment of excellent gameplay!!
Macie’s aim is really good.. I was getting into kixstar before he passed and they played a lot together. You should have seen Macie gunning with no stream snipers, truly amazing
Nice play to start! Downstairs is always an easy way to get around the map. Nobody goes below... I have had a couple of nice plays circling around underneath!
I haven't touched siege in years, but I still come back to Macie vids ever so often. Keep up the good work brotherman, you've always had the best stuff
A great video as always, the transitions were super clean, and your gameplay is always innovative, utility-driven, and distinctive, thank you Macie! :)
I really love your content. Watching you on Twitch really improved my gameplay! You made me realise the "real" impact of kills in the game and my gameplay is now better than ever! I'm now focusing more on objectives than actual "frags" -> Empty frags... Thx Macie! Keep it up!!:)
great tactics and nice gameplay, first time i watch your video and like it . I dont play the game but you are really nice for watching and you have good play style .Good player gg man :) wish u good luck , good vibes !
5:40 one of the most underappreciated parts of the game is how people make a sound when they get flashed. it basically tells you where they are and guarantees they can't shoot back if you push
I must learn how to play like that. Such prediction, such skill, strategy, you could probably win even against those with great aim or even cheaters. I think it would be a great idea that, maybe one day you can make a tutorial video on how in the freaking world you play like this and maybe like an explanation on why and how it lead you to play in such a way. And I'm gonna be honest my aim really sucks, and sometimes I use strategy and sometimes i don't and I really wanna implement or develop a new skill that will allow me to progress in a game so efficiently with little to no effort. It would be great if you did make a tutorial going in depth on how this play style works *... of course don't reveal your own tricks* , but maybe something that other people who have terrible aim can implement ALL THESE BIG BRAIN MOVES into the fps (or similar, any other game that involves aiming, team work, strategy etc.). I'd genuinely be very interested and satisfied in watching a video like that on your channel is specially from you. I understand that there exist other videos explaining how you can play any game you want and have the biggest brain with terrible status, but I think it would be interesting not just for me but for the community to hear your voice and pov.
There is nothing “ultra clever” in these actions actually. Just normal good gameplay if you understand the game. Just play it more often and that’s all :)
