@@Nebulaaa__it is mean if you never let em catch it though. There is actually a syndrome you can give dogs and cats when you use a laser pointer. I forget what it's called, but it's because they are hunter animals and if they never actually "catch" what they are after, after a while it fucks em up. So while this IS funny, it is also true that eveey once and a while the owner should do the water longer so he can catch it. And laser pointers/ those just shouldn't be used period with animals. I understand why people do and I even used one in the past, but not that I know the possible consequences (and saw what they looked like from examples online and how it affects their overall behavior and personality) I would never use one again even if I thought the animal could handle it. It isn't worth it!
