I think the reason why your skill was gone because your Team consists of multiple elements that's why it turned into samples instead, try using mono geo and your attacks would turn to geo instead

Quick explanation When there at least two pyro/electro/cryo/hydro (pech) characters, her skill and burst are focused on support Skill decreases elemental resonance of the elements of the team and burst heals the active party member If you want to use her as a dps there can only be one pech character, so basically mono geo with a flex slot. When she's in dps mode she gains 30% bonus dmg for normal and plunged attacks, plus her skill state lasts longer, and her burst deals three instances instead of one at the cost of not healing Your build for main dps is amazing but please just read a little 😭, you're not helping the stereotype that genshin players can't read lmao. So don't give up on her main dps build she really can be quite good, just fulfill the right conditions for her to do so

you need 3 geo (including xilonen) in the same team so that she can both use her skill longer and her normal attacks deal higher. also instead of healing her burst will hit like 4 times instead of just 1.

Bro if you wanna use her as a dps then the team must only have 1 swirlable element which mean mono geo. when she is in that team,she will increase her Na infusion damage and duration and her burst will hit like 3 times,she is actually a viable and very solid dps when play right.

The new natlan craftable sword scales on defense. it might not have a passive as good as cinnabar (I don't know, I don't have the event weapon), but it'll work for sure. It's what I'm going to use for my Xilonen lol. Either that or fav is always a good option.

Basically, you can't have more than 1 of the elements she can sample in her team if you want a dps xilonen. Her bar fills up in 2 hits & auto kicks you out to activate her res shred.

Geo DPS Xilonen only works if you have geo characters in the team, here you have hydro + electro so your skill buffs and your burst heals instead of doing damage.

I had the exact opposite problem: mine has a support build and every time I was in co op my team mates picked mostly non swirl-able elements. So I guess I'll have to level up her normals for co op.

Regardless how good she is, I just Can’t get Enuf, I can’t get Enuf of her.

She CAN be a dps but you need to have a proper team, In my case i build my Xilonen as a support and the first time I used her on co-op the team didn't had the right elements and then I play on her dps mode even though mine I build her to not do a lot of dmg. If you want her as a support the team needs at least two characters of the elements Cryo, Electro, Hydro and Pyro (In this video there was a Mualani and a Yae there are already two then she used her support mode) And for dps you need two geo samplers and for that you need two characters that elements doesn't react to geo, Like Geo, Anemo and Dendro (The time I played Xilonen wanting to support there was a Kazuha and a Kinich then she couldn't support for the lack of elements) Edit: Sorry for the long comment lmao

Her nightsoul mechanic threw me off a bit too. But TLDR: if the team has more than 1 PHEC character she gets on her support mode and exits nightsoul mode after 2 NA and her burst heals instead of doing extra dmg.

first why you have 1800 atk her dps mide scales on def second because the team isn't mono geo her normal attacks gives her nightsoul points which reset to 0 if hit 90 points (max) third you have 60 rate + 40 rate from the artifact why are you using cr buff 😭 you literally have 100 rate

Oh yeah, the geo dps build that isn't a geo dps build. I can understand that you don't have the artifacts, but don't put her what you put on Kinich because it won't work on her. Def%/geo bonus/crit damage are fine, but on subs you have to look for Def%/crit prob and crit damage. NOT ATK. She's a geo, she doesn't need any atk. I have mine C0 with her weapon at R2 and a dps build and she does up to 20k damage per hit, 70k on both hits of the burst. Edit: Best team for her, Gorou, Albedo/Zhong Li & Furina. Chef kiss with them.
