We’re Not Amber. Thanks For Telling Us That Not To… Because, This Household Was Ain’t Safe From Anyone… It’s Because Of Freddy Krueger The Springwood Slasher… Known, As. The Bastard Son Of A Hundred Maniac
I lived in a house where a woman was brutally Murdered. The best thing you can do is speak respectfully of the victim and the crimes impact on your neighborhood.
It is bitter sweet that she renovated 1428, but it will last for decades to come and won't have to be demolished. I was looking forward to seeing the interior until learning that it was stripped and rebuilt inside out. At least it looks restored to it's former glory on the outside at least.
it's in a historic property overlay zone, the houses here can't be demolished. in 1994 earthquake 2 houses had to be rebuilt to look the same as before. she absolutely ruined the interior of nightmare elm house. every bad trend in the world there.
We bought a 200 year old house. It's beautiful full of antiques. Problem is when something breaks or goes bad there is no where to find another. If you go buy something close and it's an antique, the cost just went up 50x. Trust me only reason you hate it, you don't have it.
cogen651 I would. Its a Movie House, if a house is used in a movie and or a tv series it's value grow's. Do Your research before making stupid comment's.
+cogen651 well, somebody did. without the history the house, would probably go for around $500-750k, (note the exquisit location and the fact that it has been extensively renovated and is fully furnished with fine furniture) however, since it is an icon of horror and pop culture, it is worth way more, and got sold for a little over 2 million Dollars.
