I’ve been trying to wake up at 5am to get my “me time”, but it’s super difficult for me to do. I need to just stop making excuses and get out of bed. I need to go back to my paper bible in the am and not the digital YouVersion one (limit distractions). I need to start slow. 10 minutes is better than 0 minutes. I need to allow time for quietness and stillness. I need to hear my Father.

Don’t give up. Find you a church that preaches the Bible. The doctrine of the Apostles. If you repent and believe on Jesus He will confirm His word. You need the Holy Ghost.
I’m a recovering addict and I’ve been on the right path for about 6 months now I gave my life to the lord years ago when I was a child but recently rededicated my life to him but I’ve been struggling with falling back into old habits like not wanting to get out of bed or go to work please pray for me,I usually give up around this time but I want to keep fighting I want a relationship with the lord ❤ any suggestions on scripture for motivation?
Continue to fight, run the race, and don't let your addiction define you. Know that God create you for something bigger, continue to press into God even when it seems like nothing happening. To defeat my unbelief i have to be diligent to read Gods word , pray and focus more on God than myself. I will pray for you until God hears my prayer by faith for you. 🙏🙏🙏
My best recommendation as someone who struggles with the same thing would be to pray for the strength to keep going and making it a priority to read the Bible every day

One of my favorite quotes from Pastor Craig, "you always have time for what you make time for, no excuses, you cannot have intimacy without intentionality" 🤙 As retired Army veteran I find solitude out hiking and that's my time with my Father. I'm still learning reintegrating life on a regular basis with my wife and kids and changing my daily habits & routine, God is good
Heavenly Father please continue to protect me and my sons. As a single mother has carried me. Both of my sons are special needs. I’m overwhelmed because I’m struggling to provide the necessities for my sons like food and clothing and I struggle to pay rent each and every single month yet my struggles have brought me closer to Jesus. I know he will get me through this hard time in Jesus name.❤️
*Larry Burkett's book on "Giving and Tithing" drew me closer to God and helped my spirituality. 2020 was a year I literally lived it. I cashed in my life savings and gave it all away. My total giving amounted to 40,000 dollars. Everyone thought I was delusional. Today, 1 receive 85,000 dollars every two months. I have a property in Calabasas, CA, and travel a lot. God has promoted me more than once and opened doors for me to live beyond my dreams. God kept to his promises to and for me*

It seems like the best pastors always reference having a therapist in their sermons at some point. I love that. ❤ It's great. It speaks to the thoughtfulness and humanity of a person. Also, it helps take the stigma away from going to a therapist. I go a therapist!!

Okay, I decided to sit on my little pillow and set a timer for 5 minutes and just really sit in peace and silence and pray in my head. And it was like I was put into another place when I was talking to God. It was like I sucked into the universe. It was CRAZY. and when my alarm went off I was shocked because it didn’t feel like much time had passed at all. Just wanted to share my experience. I really recommend meditating with God and talking to him. I feel a lot of peace now.
I can relate to Craig on his mental struggles. It’s clear mental health professionals have so much they don’t understand. I’m afraid racing mind is going to be the end of me soon.

I need to find a place where I can hide from family and friends. The reason I can't be still is because friends constantly rely on me and my dad blew the money he inherited from my grandma and now he pushes me harder than I can handle because of his own screw-up. It's so hard to slow down with so much pressure. I have plenty of time, but my energy is limited. God, please provide me a safe haven and meet me where I am. I want to try higher instead of harder and I just need you.
Lord Jesus, you hear and feel the weariness in your child's prayer right now. You know exactly what they are going through. Please help them to focus on you and to trust you to help them through all the difficult circumstances. Guide and direct them as to what is best. Amen.

I feel like God doesn’t gaf about me. My life is going downhill and I don’t have a soul I can depend on. I’m all alone. No family no friends and no community. And on top of that buddy abandoned me and is leaving me to suffer in silence.
I'm sorry you are going through so much. I can tell you without a doubt that God does care for you. In fact, so much so He gave Jesus to lay down his life for you. Have you ever known a love so deep and consuming that someone would sacrifice their very life for you? It happened Chanelle! He's right there with you even if it doesn't always seem like it. Father God, Jesus, you know Chanelle so well and you love her so much. Please show her in very real ways that you do. Please help her to know and believe you are with her and working for her. Bring others alongside her too to help her through this hard season. In your gracious and loving name, Amen.
I'm sorry to hear this, Chanelle. God, please send someone into Chanelle's life so that she feels less alone. Life is hard when we handle so much without another human somewhere to lean on. In the meantime, help her to focus on you and not the loneliness and pain. Show her a glimpse of the amazing plan you have for her. Please remind her that You know the feeling of being alone and suffering when no one seems to understand. Amen Chanelle, can you find a loving church near you that may have a small group you can lean into?
Hey dear, it has happened to me many times... I know how it feels. Trust me they didn't just leave God allowed them to, just to let you find yourself in him. You have nothing to loose.. start by seeking God and he will reveal his plan for you. Ask every blessed person it starts with being alone then God comes in ...
