I don't brush for longer than 30 seconds. Most people my age have fillings and other work, but with the right diet and cleaning properly, (not synonymous with " a lot"), it really isn't difficult to look after teeth, generally. Simple things like being aware of what's being eaten and how it affects the pH in the mouth, not letting sugary drinks sit in the mouth for too long after drinking, and not scoffing the crappy carbs right after brushing, etc - over time, it all adds up. I realise now that I've gone into this far too much and I should probably get to sleep now. Teeth. Fs
@@Abandoned-Account_Fuck Sometimes i forget to take them off, but you shouldnt shower with glasses, especially expensive ones since water can make em rust in the long-run. Or maybe expensive ones are protected from that idk, im just carefull with my 200 dollar glasses xD
