Sorry in advance if you get offended. But there is no rule you should say I Too Love You. It can be I Love You Too. My English teacher and Google teacher says most relevant is I Love You Too. And moreover it's a language not something like code which needs to apply only certain logic to make the system understand to get output. And I am not in a grammar competition. Here my motive is to convey my story to the audience. And I guess the audience got it. Hope you got it dear
