@@Meowsamurai just went back to check, and turns out I'm somewhat wrong: Pluto actually exploded that guy's organs, but the Rats at first think it's that "guy who skewers and threads people alive to turn them into dolls" presumably referring to The Puppeteer, so that's where I got my wires crossed
