i have a few - take ALL corrections and advice your coaches and teammates give you, they’ll help you a lot in the long run - never be afraid to ask questions, cheer is a learning sport and in your first season, you need all the help you can get - when someone gives you advice, don’t take it personally because it’s only to help you! - have fun and don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone - stay dedicated, cheer is also a sport about dedication. learning things takes time and you need to stay dedicated and motivated to learn how to do more things
@@melikeozkar3992 OK so what you wanna do is you can’t be afraid or else it’s not gonna work and you’re also gonna want to straighten your arms when you go backwards so you have less chance of laying on your head I recommend doing a tumble tracker into like a soft mat does anything that won’t hurt your head if you landed on itthen do it like five times then go onto the floor. Tell me if you need how to do it because I can do that too.
