It seems like you’re not aware of how things even work. Prisons classify people on the level prison they’re gonna go to based on their calculated risk to the institution, for escape, threat to other prisoners, etc. No matter how you feel, a cop is very unlikely to be a troublemaker in the prison system. That’s why you could have somebody who is committed the exact same crime be sent to very different prisons based on their history or their conduct in prison.b
@Ali Mujahid - Hi. I was just responding to the original post saying that they should’ve gotten sent to maximum security prison‘s. I’m saying that’s not how it works, at least the most states. They typically classify you based on the risk you are of escaping and of being in violent altercations, etc.
These mfs came n busted up my kids game system told my bf he would bent me over n fuck me if we didn't give them the $ they took $8000 then I moved back to Brooklyn MD and the same thing the drug and gang unit they had a cop they called new York real detective Larbi and he was the worst they took money drugs valuables smfh
My exact same question! Whenever you FALSELY ACCUSE SOMEONE of a serious crime you should be given DOUBLE the sentence they would have received if convicted CASE CLOSED
A medical prison is a prison set up with the ability to house inmates with specific medical needs. And the others are likely in low level prisons because they are less likely to assault or kill the guards and staff around them.
@@youknow9092 Probably filled with mostly former cops, corrections officers, politicians and other prisoners who would get targeted by the genpop just because of their former occupations and how they abused those positions.
Giving false testimony or planting evidence that leads to a conviction of an innocent person should be met with a mandatory 25 years jail sentence. For the defense attorney to claim that this was merely overstating overtime sheets is utter BS!
@Ride The Wind It is their job, actually. They all are Corporate Employees, but the lowly, unprotected, innocent citizens are not. If folks ever paid attention, it could never have gotten this corrupt!
So a possible situation do u believe if u take somebody life in any predicament you should get needle makes sense 1 persons kills someone the other person dies for doing that it’s too easy too allow killers survive now a days because so much of your tax money are going to criminals either small time drug dealers that need shelter/accommodation and food
Low security prisons? ~ The people they framed likely didn’t get the luxury of being sent to low security prisons. What a sham. The vast majority of those charges against them were hardly petty crimes. This should have resulted in maximum sentences in maximum security prisons.
Most of those guys were hardcore thugs and the people they busted are doing time in Atwater, Hazelton, Big Sandy in other words Hell in a Cell type joints

The irony that these gangsters are held to a lower standard than any other is insane. They should all be serving at least 20 years. The federal government is a joke when it comes to police accountability.
@@gost3480 the point is that they framed innocent non-violent people who got sent to dangerous max security prisons. May believe that means they deserve the same evils they committed against others.

Still don't believe 💩 be this real???😂 "I can't believe it! I can't believe it!" Until you actually have proof smh. Been tryna tell those living in glass mansions on hills and gated communities for years about what goes on in our neighborhoods (inner cities). Get real. FOH🙄
For the crimes they committed there in low security prisons and medical prisons, What happened to maximum security prisoners level 4 security these are violent offenders
@@JJ-nu8qi Maximum security is mostly for violent offenders unless you're making alot of trouble in lower level facilities and catch cases locked up and end up there
@@TurtlEfrmdaManor I agree but they don't just put anyone there and the point of max prison isn't to punish people more. It's to keep dangerous people under control and all these guys are terrible people but they arnt really a risk to anyone now that they aren't cops.
The security level is based in an assessment for the likely hood the offender will attempt to assault the staff or break out not based on the crimes they are convicted for.
@@TurtlEfrmdaManor no ifs a fact. The security level of a prison you are sent to has little to do with your crime and everything to do with the threat you pose to the guards, other inmates, institutions or escape.
@@youknow9092 What minimum prison have you done time and saw a murderer with life or what max joint have you been to and saw a shop lifter that hasn't caught new cases while locked up to end up there?!
@@TurtlEfrmdaManor I live close by a min security prison that the local towns have work release programs that work out of. Some of them include murderers. One who killed a cab driver during a fight the other who chained his kid to a tree and left him outside as a punishment causing his death. Fact is the level of security facility you are in has nothing to do with your crime and everything to do with the threat you pose to those in the facility and risk to escape.
I haven’t followed the irl story. I’m on episode 6 now. Up until the scene where the guy calls the commander out on the deaths they’re responsible for i honesty didn’t think past their crimes. It’s so fucked up. Sad.
They all should of gotten longer sentences, BPD is so corrupt! The stuff they were doing is still going on, it didn't start with them and it didn't stop!
Wait a minute! How can you serve 25 years on a LOW security prison? Shouldn’t the amount of time you get reflect your security status? A 25 year bid should get him max.
Yes, 800 cases were overturned or thrown out. One guy after being released went and killed his girlfriend after winning the lottery. He wasn't out for more then 1wk
After all the multiple crimes they got released early, a slap in the face to the public, while they ruined the lives of multiple people. All those victims put more time together than what those early release cops got, what a shame and another reason why they don’t mind committing crimes as they are not held at higher standards.
The police officers that were let out served their time for their acts of the crimes in which they committed... Do you really believe, that the officers that were just released after serving time, for a nonviolent crime, such as cheating on their time sheets, should spend the rest of their natural lives in prison 🤔❓
@@kennethsimon9540 sure do cops falsify paper work on people plant drugs beat people up and get away with 2,3 years etc give some real time cops will stop doing it, robbing citizens on stops stealing drugs and they get a plea deal 10 years they have been doing it. Robbery is just that stealing drugs is just that did you listen to the video?
@@kennethsimon9540 Racketeering And robbery?????? Yeah ok they if it was you well about at least 15 years you would be in for. The reason why there were 8 of them is because they knew they could get away with it if caught little time. Taking away people freedom on lies? They sent people to jail for years on lies!!!
The law and justice system doesn't apply to cops, detectives, former federal agents. These individuals have a level of protection from the entire justice system regardless of how many lives they have destroyed.
Crooked cops always get a lighter sentence even with a mountain of evidence, its the city who gave them lesser charges ..but were those lesser charges given to the ppl they framed????
Pat attention black people in baltimore been telling y’all for decades this what they do the wire gave you a leak into they foolery .. this is why when people fight back or attack the pork 🐖 I don’t bat a eye they deserve the hatred they get
Food for thought oh, so if everyone would like to know what disgraced humiliated enforcement does after they are banned from law enforcement a lot of these individuals will go into Private Investigations they will work for lawyers and corrupt District Attorneys this is a huge industry to continue with mental health issues
Street justice will eventually fall on them all. These dudes left a trail of yet to be settled vengeances that is guaranteed to play out. The question is not if, just when.
I have an acquaintance that stole from his company and got caught. It became federal due to crossing state lines in the commission of his felony. He got time in a so called Maximum Security Federal Prison. However, there were no fences, no walls, all had private rooms with a regular bed, desk, toilet, etc... and even a cell door he could lock from the inside and could leave the room at any time, day or night. No perimiter walls, gaurds, guns, or towers, just an Honor System. Prisoners there could even walk away around two blocks to a local convenience store... Alone. Good for him or them, but what a Joke of a System. He stole Millions and got a big fine and a couple of years. The cash was never recovered, and he lives a pretty damn good life today.
Did Kentucky sold a prison to a private company for 80 million n wanted 90% occupancy n then Kentucky was to pay the private company 1 million a year till duration of private ownership
So instead of going to College one can become an officer steal hundreds of thousands of dollars, have access to free fire arms and the belongings of others for a total of ten years then once caught get a slap on the risk with three hots and a cot and get a tv show glorifying the lifestyle. Big brain.
They hold Commercial Drivers to a higher standard even when there not in a truck working than regular drivers on the road but these cops that have way more authority are not!!! WTF Our system is a joke..
Every single arrest and case that these officers have been involved in over the last ten years must be called into question. also why isn't RICO being used to get to their bosses ?
Someone should start a petition for some real justice. If they weren't cops they'd be doing life. The fact they were cops should make sentence harsher not lighter. Wtf
Jenkins and Allers were the supervisors so of course they were gonna get heavier sentences, Hersl was a horrible cop and person prob the worst of the group so they had a lot on him. A lot of the black officers cooperated so they got reduced sentences. Race really had nothing to do with it
Real names and all 😩🤦🏾♀️ they should feel stupid as hell . Then the ringleader couldn’t even read or write and they was following the dummy thinking they wouldn’t get caught 🤦🏾♀️ IDIOTS
That's why the Supreme Court need to remove immunity status for law enforcement. 10 years before they were prosecuted shows the high bar of immunity that needs to be repealed.
A group of corrupt cops? No way? While I still believe the vast majority of Police Officers are hard-working hero's we all know there is a long-standing paternal culture of "we protect our own" in place. As a nation we allow it so we get what we collectively deserve.
What if the people NOT in a "collective"? Also, the ONLY officers NOT CORRUPT are the ones whom TELL THE TRUTH ALWAYS whether its against/for another civilian or THEIR COLLEAGUES, PERIOD. So is a "good" cop is covering for his/her partner then the "good" cop is technically JIST AS CORRUPT, no matter the reason.
@@kelleymiller4028 I don't disagree with anything you've said here however we're all in the "human" collective for better or worse. It's truly sad when the masses suffer due to the mistakes, greed or sheer evil of a select few but it's certainly nothing new.
