I once had a dream that I made an alliance with the krimlings and gave king k rool a 1248ft long battlecruiser with advanced weapons including 25inch guns, cruise missiles, anti air lasers, 4 swift-lanch aircraft bulistas that can launch planes as big as f-22s, 4 gunboats it carries, anti air lasers, and below deck broadside cannons, 3 nuclear powered engines, 5 diesel engines, and 6 steam engines, 15.88.22inch thich armor, and a very high capacity in the cargo holds. But for some reason the first thing he did with it was invade the kongs. Who would have thought?

King K Rool Is The Perfect Donkey Kong Villain

The Kremlings need their own Videogame Series as a spin off series of the Donkey Kong Videogame Series where we can play as Kremling Characters who are Heroes and we need Heroic Kremlings who are like K.Lumsy.

I actually like both theories. They certainly paint K. Rool in a different light.

I like to think hat after DKC3, K Rool knee he wasn’t strong enough to fight the Kong’s. He must of left the area to somewhere else. Maybe the Vikings from Tropical Freeze are similar pirates to K Rool’s army. I like to think that K Rool paid the Vikings to weaken them up, and then the next game could be K Rool’s grand return

I think the videos like this that explain the history of the Kremlings throughout the DK series just kind of prepared everyone for K Rool in Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Even DK and Diddy are shocked that K Rool returns considering they consider him a threat and haven't seen him in a long time. His appearance seems to be like a mix of his classic and modern designs, with his gold armour to protect his soft underbelly. His cape is long and torn at the end, showing the results of his skirmishes with DK and the crew. The reason I believe K Rool was missing the gold armour was because at the time, he didn't see himself worthy to wear it anymore. But once he recieved that all important invitation, he realised that he can finally take out his thirst for battle once again, preparing his weapons, old armour and cape. He was ready to show everyone his true strength.

Well this is fun to look back on now isn't it?

I like to think that he was dethroned and cast away by the Kremlings, only to return many years later to fight the Kong’s all by himself in Smash Ultimate.

Ridley and Geno got the same invitation as well; Ridley got his invitation first and accepted his invite to Smash, but Geno still hasn’t responded to his invitation yet.

I think that k. Rook disappeared due to tikis or was occupied and he's planning a attack on donkey kong soon. Its unlikely all kremlings where destroyed as the kremlings are a pirates race so they must be widespread.

Donkey Kong Jungle Beat was actually a hidden gem.

Though my theory takes some heavy assumptions, I like to think that he’s just stranded on a distant island somewhere after his defeat during the events of DK64. I rationalize this by first assuming that all the spin off games come after the main Country series, but before ‘64, Returns, and Tropical Freeze. I then assume that K. Rool lied to the Kongs about a change of heart, which is why he was invited to race in Barrel Blast. He was attempting to gain trust so that he’d be able to catch the Kongs by surprise with the mechanical Krocodile Isle that he was having Snide and the sparse remnants of the Kremlings work on in the background. Then, after DK64, when K. Lumsy launched him into the distance after a good clobbering, K. Rool landed on a distant island, and has since been stranded there, going completely feral and obsessing over his numerous defeats at the hands of the Kongs. He repurposed his old gear, which has, like his mental state, been showing wear-and-tear, and has been eking out an existence on a savage, brutal island full of dangerous creatures and deadly terrain. That’s my headcanon.

If I was King K Rool where would I have gone? (A non 4rth wall explanation I would give should a Nintendo ceo ask me for advice) I would be looking for a queen so that I could have offspring to inherit the throne lest my dynasty never continue and some other krimling family inherit the throne. And, perhaps I would be content apon success, and thus no longer feel the need to invade kong island.

At least King K. Rool got to join Donkey Kong’s team in Mario Super Sluggers, but is a shame Nintendo doesn’t have the iconic villain make some other form of return to the Donkey Kong franchise. Plus the fact that Nintendo made Chunky, Tiny and Lanky Kong all disappear without a trace, minus Tiny Kong in Diddy Kong racing DS and Chunky Kong making a small appearance in the Super Mario Bros movie.

Head-Canon: After the last DK game he appeared in, he decided to disconnect from the Kongs and go into counselling for the sake of his sanity. (cuz of his hatred toward the Kongs.) K. Rool would see all the newcomers that were getting into smash, and seeing DK and Diddy there slowly but surely sent him down a downward spiral... Smash is a pretty big thing in the fictional world of Nintendo, how wouldn't he know? How wouldn't he try to ignore it to prevent his spiral? He couldn't. Eventually, he snapped, he entered the contest himself and decided to pay some old friends a little visit..

K. Rool was the King and Kaptain of the Kremlings, pirates and plunderers of all they seek. One day they found Donkey Kong’s banana hoard and hoped to take them, in hopes of finding DK Isle’s legendary golden banana, knowing Cranky found it while leaving Krusha Rool to drown in the ocean. Because of this, K. Rool has two reasons to attack the Kongs. 1: The golden banana and 2: revenge on his near-death experience. DK beat Krusha and so the pirates left to think of another plan. He then had a group of Kremling Spys to kidnap Donkey Kong, so Diddy would have to face the Kremlings on his own. However, Diddy and Dixie succeeded and destroyed their power generator. K. Rool, furious, created a device that would just turn the bananas to gold, KAOS, and used DK and Diddy as a power source. Kiddy and Dixie followed the kremlings to the Northern Kremisphere and beat them. While there, Krusha discovered a new power source that would later be used to make the Blast-O-Matic, which WOULD turn DK isle into gold, but accidentally would destroy it instead. The Kongs beat him and K. Rool attempts to take over DK isle so that the residents had to get him the Golden Banana. Then, after that fail, K. Rool attacks the banana aliens because they could have something to do with the Golden Banana. After giving up, Krusha Rool goes off to plunder some other islands, but not before racing DK.

Dethroned King makes a lot more sense

I think after his Last defeat King K Rool went insane and his Kremilins disbanded and scattered abroad. K Rool wanders the Winderness trying to survive. But He eventualy returns in the future and retakes the Kremlins and other followers under his rule. His time in the wild has made him more Primal and intune with his wild side. As seen now in Smash Brothers Ultimate where he now runs on all fours and gives out a beastly reptile scream. The Kremiling King will return!

His island where all Kremlings lived and where their culture lived was destroyed by the kongs. K Rool got mad and in the next games, he tried to conquer a new home for the Kremlings. Except in 64, he wanted to destroy the Kong island. But yet he and the Kremlings failed. I think the Kremlings have found a new island, where they can establish a new home. But King K Rool. He was in the Donkey Kong's treehouse.

Personally I believe two but one feels more right however to extend on tiki's and snowmads I believe dk island's ancients were the tiki's then donkey kong clan moved to dk island since the dk family is immune to the tiki hypnosis the kongs beat the tiki and settled there freeing animals snowmads and kremlings. Now the kremlings and kongs where way better than the snowmads they migrated away to get a stronger weapon and to evolve better (hint hint the blow horn) now this can explain why there is snow worlds in older dk games but not in country returns since the kremlings feared the tiki coming back they tried destroying the banana's (theory 2) but the kongs did not care that was their food and they were not even affected by the tiki later on after the failures the tik came back now im not sure if kremlings got perished from this event the most could be the tiki killed them off, worked them to death or died from the volcano (doubt this though) so then the snowmads came back this would explain why one the snowmads was scared while frederick laughed it off because the kremlings and kong population are endangered I mean a hut of kongs ha ha and the kremlings? Well there is no swampy areas seems like the matter no more then he blew the horn to blow the kongs away and freeze the entire island now this could have killed the kremlings the drastic tempature change the fact kremlings are cold blooded high chance there gone now smash ultimate (might not be canon) caould prove that k.rool is ok I mean they could have also been stripped off the island hid in the mines or sleep in some mud and if ultimate is not cannon well the kremlings could be done for that snomad attack was devastating personally I'd like new and creative designs instead of the kremlings Its just I loved the tiki and the snowmads are cool man
