For the 22oz - 3 cdn - 3" wicks, the 18oz, which I fill to 15oz, 2 cdn 5" or 2 cdn 4" and the 9.5 oz /fill to 8oz - I use one single cdn 6" or 7". I hope this answers all the wicking size questions!

You're so sweet and funny! Minute 19:19 was my favorite and I enjoyed every single second of it. I am just starting to know about how to make candles and this is really useful. My only concern is shipping costs! OMG I feel that is crazy! I need to find a local supplier but I am in Katy, TX and I haven't seen anything like that. Many thanks!

When I came across these vessels I also fell in love (I do the 18ox and 22oz white jars but also like the 18oz matte green and tan for my own personal use). Just wanted to share that I agree that the lids are expensive (I purchase the gold ones) but it's a nice option. Covering while curing... YES! After my candles solidify I actually turn them upside down (to stick on warning labels) and storage like that. When my kids ask why I shared, in my opinion, that it helps the fragrance.

Happily liked and Subscribed. Thanks so much for this adorable video! Here in Germany it seems to be that you can get anything you need to be a grave digger, but God help you if you want to make candles. Although this is a joke, i guess it's really not that far from the truth. You guys in the US have so many companies to choose from whilst here in Europe it is really hard to find top notch suppliers at anyway near decent costs. Anyway, I wish you success to the moon and back with your business and I look forward to more of your posts!

No problem! So, they aren't as sturdy as shipping boxes but I have never had a candle fall through. I like them a lot!

Hi Sister.I’m Trace. I just started my candle making business here in Tx and I yet to know some things. Not sure if I could get some information from you. Can you tell me how you get those free shipping box you mentioned on this video? I heard you said usps but how do I go about getting them? Target audience, how do chose the people I will sell my candles to? Should my first test burn reach a full melting pool on my first burn test? Thanks a lot

I use the same glass cups for measuring my fragrance oils for my soaps! I really like them. When you do a batch of candles, how many are you supposed to burn test?

As many as you possibly can! When I started I had 5 scents I burn tested over 20 candles. 4 to 5 for each scent. Some people do way more! It all depends on you and your comfortability of the quality candle you produced.

Yes, I use the same wax all year round! I only ship during Monday and Wednesday to ensure candles aren't sitting all weekend in transit! No issues at all.

I will receive my 14oz jars this week so I will begin testing soon as they arrive and I will post a video on the different size wicks I try. I only have tested their 10oz, 18oz + 22oz.

It would make sense that it would cure better with a lid because it’s only breathing in its own fumes, like a mask LOL, could be wrong but it just makes sense

She has three different size jars “10” “18” “22” but she doesn’t mention the wick size but she did say that she uses CDN WICK.. I would like to know also the size wick used if possible this video was very informative 🥹

@@shantaymckinnon6385 For the 22inch 3 cdn 3 wicks, the 18, which holds 15 oz, 2 cdn 5’s or 2 cdn 4’s. I don’t know about the smallest one never used that one.

I appreciate the information provided in this video. I dont understand why you guys give away so much information to potential competitors tho. especially where you get your vessels. You're essentially giving away your sauce and uniqueness. I see people tell what fraquence oils they use, who they get them from and even the blends they combine. As a business owner in this industry, I find that very odd but I also find it useful to secretly gain a competetive edge. This isnt directed at you specifically, this just so happens to be the most recent video I came across. Do you not worry about these things? Thank you for posting and sharing your journey.
