Hi Sue, We live in an era of Zoom. You can now do job interviews on Zoom as a pre face to face meeting. If they don't show up to the call, don't schedule an in person interview. Also, how they show up to the call will give you volumes of information on how they might present themselves to a client or to a job interview.
You hire people you know, they are nightmare, you hire people from the net, they might be disguised to ruined your buisness, both happened to me,, very painfully, more than once
This is such a great video and so informative. I have one question regarding hiring. How might you draw potential employees to your business if your just starting up and can't afford to offer benefits(referring to insurance) at this time. What are some other ways to draw them in and offer something of value to them so they feel the job is worth the hard work! Maybe some sort of monthly employee recognition?

Find out what your competitors are including in their ads and the prices they are paying for the type of job you are hiring for so you know if your pricing and promises are in alignment with your competitors in your market.
