Job Interview Tip 1: Tell them you plan to still be working for them in 5 years, either in the same role or perhaps having gained promotion.
REMEMBER - They must train you up in the role, and they will have already gone through a lengthy recruitment process to find the right person for the job! The last thing they want is for someone to leave within the first 12 months of starting!
