Pike Fishing for me will always be one of my top choices when it comes to Fishing. In this video I headed out to see if I could put a couple of BIG Pike in the boat while sharing some stories of why I was MIA the last month. Remember, life is too short, GET OUTSIDE and enjoy mother nature no matter what or where your adventure takes you!

I'm sorry for your loss. It's touching to see you allow yourself to be honest and vulnerable with your audience, followers. Memories are part of what fishing is all about. Your summer Pike videos helped me to take the jump and invest in some new gear. I've made lots of memories fishing for Pike with friends, thanks in large part to you.

Nice to see you back - it's so sad when we loose a good friend - the older I get (am 76) I realize that life is a series of memories and dreams. Good friends leave us with good memories - your videos supply some very good dreams.

Sorry about your loss Clayton... Not many people (and even fewer fishing RU-vidrs) are willing to open themselves up about things like this. It's one of the reasons why you have so many fans. A great fisherman and genuine human. You're one the real ones!

Sorry to hear about your friend. Both of my childhood best friends are now gone. The first was 3 years ago, and the other was this summer. It's a totally different thing when you loose your buddies 😢

Great video. Love the big gators. I sure hope that wasn't a lamprey if you're fishing the lake I'm thinking off. Really don't want to see those things start showing up in sask/manitoba

I have to agree with you, definitely had the red circle too where it fell off. Hopefully they aren't some invasive one that will start spreading and just some rarely seen native ones. Looked it up and guess we do have what's called a chestnut lamprey here
