I am happy you guys are better. My hubby is getting over it & I'm telling you that was the hardest 2 weeks of my life 😔 I am thankful I have a strong immune system however, it hurts when you can't do anything. Many blessings to everyone 🙏🏼💚

Vegetables and healthy eat don't drink too much hot water for cough the cough might not vanish if inhaler prescribed don't go for a capsule inhaler drink lot fluids don't use phone , laptop technology don't eat and lye down right after eating ok get a ri8 size pillow Don't eat oily spicy food for a long while take lukewarm water bath drink luke warm water don't drink hot water it will cause stomach palpitations u may get palpitation in left hand don't sleep on your stomach avoid it. I recovered from typhoid dint follow anything suffering from stomach and ovarian cyst issues it's very painful get an ultrasound done if you experience pain in pelvic ultrasound in your pelvic
