Thank you so much for sharing your struggles with your mental health...it's so important for people to know they aren't alone. I'm so glad to see you back. I'd love to hear more about your surgery, and anything else you'd like to share. Wishing you all the best!! Congrats on going to the gym...that's AWESOME!

I appreciate that my friend. I try not to hide from my mental issues. Its only through talking about them can we understand them. Maybe i’ll make another video about my weight loss surgery. Though its nothing crazy. Lol

Nick- All I can say is I'm proud of how far you've come with your progress and I know it wasn't easy. Thank you for sharing your very personal story with your followers. Your gym story inspired and motivated me to finally get off the couch and start working out again so i started yesterday (although today I am a bit sore :). I think what you are doing is awesome so keep it up. I will admit that I do miss your Sunday upload videos. It's crazy to think how long ago that first video was and that you were pretty much the only person on RU-vid at the time pounding out videos about WDW. I wish you all the best and a speedy recovery from your surgery. Keep at it man and good things will come.

SFMarine0311 - I’m proud of you for getting up and starting. Thats the hardest part and I know all about it. Go slow and steady and just learn a rhythm. Eventually, it’ll all fall into place. A part of me does miss this DNAR and another part of me doesnt. It turned into work towards the end and I stopped enjoying it. I didnt want to be another fake RU-vidr hoping for likes and subscribers. It wasnt fair to you all. But thank you for all the support over the years. And i’m still around. I just have no idea what to record next. I dont really do anything besides work, go to the gym, and occasionally paint miniatures for D&D styles games. I dont know. I’ll figure it out. Inspiration will strike again eventually,

Nick, although we have never met I just want to start off by saying I'm proud of you! I have been watching your videos for years and years, and today when I saw that you posted, I couldn't help but smile. Thank you for sharing your story with us. You are a strong person and you are loved by many people, even if we aren't friends on a personal level, we are still your friends. Stay strong and keep sharing your story. Even if it helps just 1 person, in all reality you help hundreds more ( family, friends, co-workers). Stay strong my friend and remember you always have someone to talk to!

I'm proud of you!!! Thanks for the update! I've been subbed to you for several years now, and even though I don't know you on a personal level, you have, at times, crossed my mind. I'm glad to know you are overcoming and growing! Over the years you've shared a few tidbits about your mental health and sometimes it made me worry for you. I've witnessed suicide, and though I never once was angry at my friend because of how I PERSONALLY felt in finding him that way....it did affect me and still does. I know he didn't do it to harm me. He did it to harm himself. His anguish was too much and it overcame him. You touched me when you thought of the people would could have found you if you had ended your story that way. Those who witness suicide or have it touch their lives very closely by a loved one are MUCH more likely to do so themselves. Thank you for being alive....thank you for LIVING....thank you for trying. Thank you. You've got this. You can do it.
@file91e
@file91e 5 лет назад
Its funny. “You’ve got this” has become something of. Personal motto. Thanks for your kind words. It was rough for a few years but i’m well past it now. Like a sailor looking back on a typhoon after they passed through it, i look back on that time as a learning experience. I’d always had problems but mental health is a degenerative thing. It gets worse the longer it goes untreated. So while my story isnt as gory or spectacular as others, i hold my head up high and thank whoever is watching over me that i went down the right paths. No matter how close to the edge they were. So now i’m moving onto the sunny horizon and excited to see where the future will take me.

Kevin McGee - talking about my struggles helps me move on from it. I’ve learned to be able to put things past me instead of holding onto all of it. I guess thats growing up. Thanks bud. :)

@@file91e good to hear from you I'm glad you're doing good it was nice hearing from you I actually message you in one of these old videos to see how you were doing a couple months ago. Alright your health is definitely more important than any of these videos but it was good that you put this out maybe they'll be somebody out there that will hear you and you'll help them. I've never had any depression but I know it's very hard on people I've seen people with it it's great to see your doing fine and working on the problem and saw that you had it and then hurt yourself. and weight problems definitely notice I never had weed problems I'm a little overweight now. And I know that what that can do high blood pressure cholesterol diabetes so it's great to see you working on that too I've been working on my issue lost about 6 pounds in the last couple weeks. All right hope to hear from you down the line keep up the great work all here for you. And definitely work on that waist now because when you get to my age in your forties it gets harder and harder later bro
