meso horny, I would have to agree with you, because I remember watching this show and other old school PBS shows when I was young, God I wish that Discovery Family would buy the Rights to Air This and other OLD SCHOOL PBS shows on it's network, because Kid's Today Don't even know what they're missing, all that's on TV now is (if you guys or gals would excuse my language) The Shitty Crap, also this and other old school PBS shows will always remain in my heart (and mind) forever and ever, along with my favorite cartoon shows, Yu-GI-OH, YU-GI-OH GX, YU-GI-OH 5d's, Yu-Gi-Oh Zexel, Pokémon, etc. etc. my favorite Cartoon Characters, Maximillion Pegasus (Yu-Gi-Oh), etc. etc. my favorite WWE Superstars, John Cena, etc. etc. My Favorite Daytime Soap Opera Actor Joe Mascolo (Stefano Dimera, Days of our lives).

Yes and no. Carmen's gang always tossed in meta-humor sometimes. One episode had Wonder Rat stealing a sister station to WQED Pittsburgh (which produced WitWiCS?, although the show was taped in New York in the home of Sesame Street, namely the Kaufman Studios in Astoria, Queens)..
