Boy it’s mild. Guy could pound posts yet. We weaned 10 days ago, kicked the cows back out to pasture after preg testing last weekend. They get a few bales a day, but content to pick around some. Nice moving bales and not having a foot of snow to slow a guy down. As long as we get 3 ft of snow later on, it can stay brown for now.
Thanks for the vidja Tyson enjoyed it yeah we still got probably 1500 more bales to haul home it sure is nice when there’s no snow on the ground makes it easier when hauling bales
You've been pretty warm up there.. 6° I hear😳 We've had your normal temps at night.. -5 to -10c at night. +5-+10c by afternoon.. sunny until today, supposed to rain tomorrow, if it warms up 🤣😂 Whole lot faster moving bales without the ☃️💩!!! We bring them in as we harvest, otherwise by now, it would all be 💩, not even fit to call feeder hay.
It's warm here in Minnesota also. It was 46F today. It was sure nice weather for hauling corn to town. It's supposed to be in the 30's for the next 10 days at least. It sure helps shorten winter.
I quit mushroom stacking since I started netwrap too. But went to putting all on the ground. I found that the netwrap touching in Pyramid would freeze together. However lose a lot of acres for bales now
Was it a perilli tire? Blew a sidewall on a 2 yr old perilli tire on a hillside this summer moving bales. My tire guy said he has never seen a bald perilli tractor tire
@@Northern_Farmer oh, I knew you had a 90 series but wasn’t sure which. Well I learned something today. Any plans for ol Smokey, is it going to be a big job to fix it?
I priced tires today & I was shocked that 2 Firestone snow 225/75/R15 tires for my 1999 ford Ranger was $331.41 with tax. I was even more shocked when another 2 tires were $440.00 USD. I live in SW Minnesota. Thanks Tyson for your videos.
Lol same over in northern bc. No winter yet, few lil snowfalls but been anywhere from -5 to plus 10. Had 1 week before Halloween like u guys of snow and -16 lol😊😊
tough choice between buying a bale picker or putting an accumulator on like Sonne Farms run, man its slick as heck, im strongly looking at selling my 8 bale hay hiker n getting an accumulator
What do you do with all the trees when you clear that piece of land lumber firewood wood pellets ? You really have some nice level field s how many acres do you farm ?
Thanks for the video, Tyson! It's a strange year without any snow yet, but it sure makes your job of moving bales a lot easier. We need that snow before next spring to get things growing! Have a nice day! 😀
