I use to live between to active crack houses. Yes, these two dealer houses turned a good neighborhood into a slum. The police did nothing. my neighbor had her living room windows shot out. The crack heads threaten to kill my (indoor) dog. For no reason at all. We had to sell ourl lovely home. Thank you for telling people with families, or decent people where not to live. it will save people going through what we did.
I walked once down south Fremont street to visit the Atomic Bar. I had to stop at the Western Hotel to get a Corona, I drank it fast so that I could carry it in my pocket in case I got into a fight. I had to be buzzed into the Atomic bar. When I got into the Atomic Bar I sat next to a guy who was smoking cigarettes thought a trach. Since I was the only person who would talk to him he kept buying me vodka tonic's. That was in 2008.
They don't look bad because construction is newer than in the Midwest where buildings are super old and falling apart. But there's plenty of street gangs, drugs, and trigger play. Vegas can definitely be grimey at times.
U need to show this neighborhood after 6pm as the sun is going down I remember phnx seemed dead during the daytime until I went outside to get food and the streets seemed alive
I live on Nellis across from The Hush Puppy. Been here going on four months and love it. Very quite no major problems. Would love to move to North Lad Vegas in a couple of years.
Haha thats funny palm trees and mountain views. Palm trees are in Compton. Yes vegas has mountains you can see anywhere in the city. But there all aloot of places in vegas that look like this. I mean alot. This guy doesn't go on the east side and talks about same places but in reality theres more hoods out here.

I live in Colorado. But that was kinda messed up. Some may just not afford to live anywhere else and you judge their character. There are plenty of low lifes in mansions as well. A few bad apples dont make the bunch.

I agree. Just because a person is poor, due to being disabled, or for whatever reason, does not make them a bad person. I have always been very poor, but I treat all people I come across with respect, and I respect the laws of this country, and try my best to stay out and away from trouble.
Vegas is like a second home for me. There are some really bad parts of Vegas. I've lived or worked in the worst area of Phx Metro Area, but I've took some wrong turns in Vegas and ended up in areas that are sketchy AF... Way worse than the worst of Phx.
@@AslanKyoya1776 in the right areas of either city you can't go wrong. If you like food Vegas has more to offer. Summerlin is super nice and new in Vegas. In the Phx metro area I'd look in the down town Gilbert area.
@@AslanKyoya1776 they are kind of like sister cities. Growing up in Phx, Vegas is a easy place to transition to. Both cities are heavily filled with transplants for better or worse. Out side of the strip Vegas has a more generic feel than Phx, but I don't think you can go wrong with either. I would consider pay in your field and the price of housing.
Wow, $200 to move in is great. So many bad neighborhoods in nyc and a few grand to move in after finders fee, deposits, first last month etc.... Vegas is a good price at least! That being said wish you showed it to us at night...
I moved to this exact Apts when I moved to vegas I moved in for 700$ .. and this is area is crazy af.. the 004 hoods men bloods .. first night had a guy tell me if I was a police informant he kill me and dump me inda desert.. I was just tryna buy some weed lol

I use to live on Green Valley Parkway and Eastern Ave. in Las Vegas! Great newer devoloped area. Borderline Henderson and Las Vegas, across the street from the Hospital! Not sure what is there now? But in 2003-05 was great, and everything still very new then, a lot of places were still being built, including shopping centers there. Was a More Expensive Area back then too, paid $1500.00 for a two bedroom, VERY NEW Apartment, back then in a gated townhome style complex, I can only imagine what it is now? I AM SURE I WAS THE FIRST TO RENT MY APARTMENT, SINCE IT WAS BUILT BACK THEN. We had a small convenience store connected to the Recreational Room, next to the pool, open during Business Hours too. It was pretty cool! Had tons of very good looking strippers, hookers, models, showgirls at the pool daily during the summer also. My only good times I truely had, living in Vegas. I prefer to NOT live there, just visit! It is and has become way to OVERDEVELOPED NOW! Turning into a Hollywood Type of Shit atmosphere with all the losers and scum Hustlers from around the Country flocking there now!

*Note taken I grew up in south central los angeles. Next door to a trap house/dope house for 18 years, bangin all around me. Where people were not inspired to live past 30-35 yrs old. Aunties/Uncles doped up. People transitioning from weed to crack cocaine. No thank you. No more ghetto bird and police sirens and gun shots for me. I remember exactly where I was when KDAY radio station announced the new name (south central) for my city. Now that I'm currently looking for a house out in Nevada. Somebody mentioned "Character", hell, this prophiled by behavior, not necessarily how you look! It's seen by ones actions. So nawh.....I'm cool. If I were to live in an area like this again, it'll be havoc. Because I'm shooting back and/or calling the cops on those who will not stop the killing. My people, black people have been warned to long by black leaders. So no, I''m a neighbor who will fight back. In other words, I'll speak their language if I have to, to protect my life and my property.

Loose and N. 5th area In North LV. is very deceiving. Built up within the last 10 years place its saturated with young thugs, saggy pants, back packs and hoody sweat shirts and all.

Literally anywhere southwest forsure. The more east you go, or north you go. The worst it gets 💯 but this place isn't entirely bad north side has nice new parts.
True, northeast Vegas is just bad news. Northwest is better even south west just to name a few. If you can afford it, live on the outer side of town like I've been for the past 15 yrs.

I see several of them on the north side. In my experience, if you are living in a hood with a dollar general near by, then it is probably in a poor neighborhood. Many apartment complexes do not have names (the really cheap ones do not).
That is a small part of north Las Vegas. He actually didn't tell you guys, (i actually don't think he knows much and gang politics) that is a real Vegas blood (double 004s) neighborhood up civic center on my profile theres a couple civic center rappers.
