i've been thinking about a bernese (in doubt between them and a golden retriever) and i've seen some of your videos and they have awesome content, and i was pretty excited when i discovered you guys have a channel dedicated to bernese. But honestly i'd want to give the feedback that i've expected the videos to be more directed towards the breed, sometimes it seems that the biggest difference betwen the videos of this channel and your other channels are the title of the videos, because the tips doesn't seems to be very related to the breed itself, for example, does bernese get confortable in sleeping outside? what concerns do i need when buying a bed for a big dog like them? do they need to sleep in a environment with air conditioning if you live in a hot wheater?

Also helpful for crate sleeping to put a t-shirt that you wore that day into crate. Also for puppy I found a wind up ticking clock put into a couple tube socks to soften the hard edges helps mimmick moms heartbeat

I feed mine salmon kibble mixed with pumpkin purée (not pie filling) and tripe! The mix helps to keep their poop more firm and less runny 😊

Recently got a Bernese mountain dog and saw this video but I have a quick question. He does cry at first when I put him in the crate but eventually falls asleep, but will wake up in the middle of the night and cry. Should I set an alarm and take him outside throughout the night even though we are crate training him?

We have a 2 year old Great Pyrenees that we got at 6 weeks and tried to crate train for 3-4 weeks but he screamed and cried and drooled so much we felt we had to stop crating him. We have trouble taking him to the groomers as once they bath him and then put him in a crate he freaks out and tries to break/chew his way out. Any suggestion on how to break this? Er

Love your content man! My girlfriend and I have an 8 year old black lab and a 9.5 year old black lab and we are bringing a new Bernese puppy home in a few months. I apologize if I missed a video but would love content on introducing a new pup to a home with older dogs, things the new pup might learn from (or learn faster from) having a trained dog in the house- and lastly, as it relates to this video- how your sleep training might differ with two other dogs around that are in that last stage- free reign in the house... just some thoughts! Keep up the awesome content!
