Honestly you scare me with how your videos are timed so perfectly with my plans. I’m currently trying to decide on a Ft Lauderdale hotel for a mini trip in a few months. I live in Florida but I hate driving so stay in hotels when I go anywhere 2 hours away lol!! Thank you!!!!

Great review of the property, I like that they have the free shuttle to the beach and that it isn’t too far away. The rooms do look small, almost just a bit bigger than the rooms on the ship. ❤ Leo!

When you asked him his name, I thought he was going to say Carlos!🤣 Marina hotels are nice if you like boats. The balcony is similar to the balconies in San Diego at Mission Bay. I stayed at a ocean view hotel in Hawaii that didn't have a beach, but their sister property did and they would shuttle us there for beach access. Another great video Matthew!

Hi Matthew, we stayed at that hotel in Dec 2019 before going on Celebrity Edge. It was a nice hotel and at that time, breakfast was included and it was a buffet. We had the marina view and spent most of our time at the outside bar and a little at the pool. Really enjoyed the hotel but there was not a lot of food options. We walked to the mall which was not far. Nice hotel and we had a shuttle to the cruise. Great video and to see how things have changed over the last 4 years. Looking forward to seeing your cruise videos.

Been on 2 cruises out of FL and stayed at the Hilton both times for reasons you mentioned. We gave ourself a couple of nights both times to explore the area. The water taxi was a great way to tour the canals. There’s usually somebody narrating and giving information on who owns the different homes. The hotel itself was fine and we had marina views both times. Some pretty impressive yachts were moored there. My only complaint was food options were limited and we usually walked up to the main drag to eat. Look forward to more videos from you on this cruise.

Water taxi for a 3 hour tour. No way. The weather could started getting rough, The tiny ship would be tossed, If not for the courage of the fearless crew, The Minnow would be lost. 😄 All kidding aside, the hotel looks really nice for a quick stay.
