Yes fantastic community, but has appreciated a lot already. The areas I’m talking about are still heavily undervalued, especially palm and oasis. Al Barari and JGE are already established communities, so in here you can add value to renovate and flip, tilal is still brand new so you can’t add so much value to properties there yet. The best bet is to buy an Elysian Mansion, or serenity mansion in a good location with the right size plot, to really expect a high return upon handover in the coming years.
