I've got 2 airbnb's cabins by belterra casino...40mi from Cincinnati. If you're interested in a place to stay when you come out here we could swap a couple night stays.

If I were to choose a new closer market now, it would probably be more appreciation focused. Somewhere like Salt Lake City or in Arizona might be interesting!
