Aydin, why didn't you mention trabzon for cheapest properties? Its a lovely interesting area and close to Georgian border, lake uzungol, sumela monestary, so much beautiful nature and nice people, there are an abundance of beautiful apartments and villas for great prices.

%100 Antalya region. Antalya is the Capital of Tourism in Turkey and home to 2nd largest international airport in Turkey after istanbul....I am not even counting the world famous beaches and activities available in this area.... So i hope that helps?

Hi Aydin, love your informative videos. I am contemplating moving my retirement from Sydney Australia to the Spanish or Turkish Riviera. I’ve visited both countries and love them both.However,I have a gut feeling that I would be happier in Turkey. Cost of Renting or Purchasing are very reasonable, however,at my age (75) I feel that a Senior Living Resort with all their facilities including health would make better sense, I have found one such resort on the Costa in Spain by the name of CIUDAD PATRICIA which fits the bill. If you view it on RU-vid you would understand what I’m looking for. Are there any such Resorts in Antalya or Fethiye? I live in Australia too. I'm younger and thinking to leave too. Here is he'll difficult place to live. So expensive high taxes no opportunities if u r not while Anglo and just am slaving my life away. I was thinking to go Asia but Turkey seems to be much better option

Currently there is no limit. You can buy a property for any price and apply for residency permit however i advise my clients not to buy property under 40.000€ if they are targeting for Residency permit...

I dont think those are cheapest places in Turkey. There are other big cities that have lower real estate costs. I suggest to study other places to give better insight to viewers.
