We have a couple spots along the east coast of the U.S. that consistently deliver nice biodiversity, and one that I think you would particularly love is the Chesapeake Bay region of the state of Maryland. The raptor diversity, particularly hawks, vultures, ospreys, and eagles is through the roof, there is a nice broad range of herps to find, strong invert diversity, and even a resident pod of Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins! They're one of the only pods that I know of that frequents bodies of brackish water, and we've had the pleasure of filming them in the past. Unfortunately, a corrupted hard-drive stole that footage from us, but we're hoping to catch up with them again some day!
As fun as it is to go hunting for wildlife sometimes, it can be nice to know you have more or less guaranteed sightings every now and then too! Sorry about your hard drive 🙈that'a the worst!
Once again Great Video! There's two of them near where I live in Florida. Blue Springs State Park where you can see the Manatees and Circle B Bar Reserve, several different trails there where you can see Eagles, Alligators, Raccoons, Bobcats, Boars and Many different species of birds. Great places to Visit for any traveling to Florida.
Love your mug! Fellow traveler and wildlife enthusiast here (oh and I've been "stuck" in Australia since March!)... just subscribed, loving your videos! You're a talented photographer and videographer.
The Goldie- love that nickname for the Gold Coast! You got great shots of the kangaroos! It’s so sad to hear what’s happening to the koalas’ habitat 😔 I really hope we as humans start making serious changes soon... Wallabys are so dang cute!! So are the quokkas! Thanks for sharing such nice areas!
I know, this video is only relevant to Aussies for now.. but I hope it gives you a bit of insight on what to expect an that you can come over and visit this incredible country soon!
OMG your coffee koffing mug is the best! I always love watching your videos because you get the golden hour just right! The Ocean made me laugh, because that was my first thought of where to find wildlife! You are so very lucky :)
