You see, the whole body position changes and magically adjusts depending on the direction where we look. 👉
Try it even now with me, wherever you are.
If we look down, our spine curves all the way in a beautiful line to follow the trajectory of the look. If we look up, notice how the curve of the spine changes and how your chest opens, shoulders fall back softly. If you look behind, see how a spiral curve appears and how all the bones gently harmonically follow …the look!

That is why it is so important to pay attention to the look. It’s not just the eyes. It’s your whole body position.

You know, if your look is directed to the floor, you shoes that trajectory can actually lock your whole body and make it unavailable for movement. The other thing is look into nowhere. That type of absent look, as if you are so deeply inside your head, you can’t even see really.

❤️ I remember, my teacher of Flying Low technique, Edward, said “there are no answers there, look around, include all the space around and all the people around in to your dance”. This is a beautiful way!

When we look around, we release our neck, we release our upper body, the whole spine becomes more available for the movement. And, as well it’s just brighter and more engaging, don’t you think? :)
