I was impressed by the hotel services and had a lovely experience. The hotel has over 30y history but is very well maintained and consistently provides high-quality service, it deserves to be upgraded to Cat 3

I don’t think so but you can double check with the hotel. It’s also easy to take taxi from the airport to the hotel too.
