If anyone wants to work in an international firm or organization, you can prefer to be a CPA, CFA, CIMA, or ACCA as your choice. For ACCA, you need to give four strategic professional papers. For US CPA, there are only four papers, and you can complete them in one year. For CFA, there is no exemption for any of the members, either of ICAN or ICAI or ACCA. You have to give all the papers of all the levels for the exam, and the CFA is considered one of the top finance degrees in the world. This course is replacing the MBA nowadays. You can complete it in 1.5-2 years. For CIMA, you have to apply for an exemption through the mail, and they will provide you with an exemption, which will vary your completion time. I think you should go Dubai or UK. In Dubai you can join PwC academy that will sponsor you visa and in UK there are lots of school who will sponsor you visa. And I think there is no scholarship for studying ACCA.

Do your Graduation in any Business bachelor and go for CIMA. It is an international course that is the combined form of CA and MBA.

Yes you can. Once you become member of ICAN, you need to get certificate of practice (COP) from ICAN to open firm and sign on financial statements as auditor. And in order get COP i believe you need to complete 1 year of articleship under any CA or CA firm in Nepal. Thanks and keep supporting!!

Hello Krishna! ACCA is global course and there is good scope of acca in USA as well but CPA USA is common and highly recognised accountancy course in USA. It depends on company and profile which you will be working.

Thats not correct. For a full time student who wants to complete all ACCA exam papers starting from F1, technically it could take only 1.5 years (because of 8 papers per year restriction) but on average, I would say, it would take 2.5 to 3 years.

Thank you for sharing your experience!! Agreed passing percentage is higher in ACCA As compared to CA, mostly because of the exam flexibility in ACCA. ACCA allows you to appear even in single subject whereas it is not possible in CA due to aggregation rule. In term of exam difficulty, based on my experience in strategic professional examination, i found both in same level.

Hello brother!! That could be a wise choice. ACCA exam are quite flexible relatively compared to CA exam and have higher passing percentage. But you again have to clear 6 paper of CAP 3 to become member of ICAN. As you said even if you failed then you will remain ACCA, this route might be helpful.

I would suggest if you wanna be CA then stick to it. The agreement may change and not to mention ACCA is far easier than CA so switching from CA to ACCA will be a hassle even if you only have to give 6 papers of final
