the wangsheng funeral parlor helps pay for zhongli in every scenario, but honestly zhongli makes it well known that most people don't make him pay (their bosses/fathers tell them it's rude to ask him to) since he's well respected - this has been going on for years and no one minds

There is option 7 and 8 Option 7 can be venti or the archons singing Option 8 they work at the restaurant for discount deals and money but we know how they will spent their mora Also for the dendro archon could be broke because most of the archons are poor so maybe it will be like that with sumeru. Option 9 is bringing a close friend like for Ei it would be Kujo Sara for zhongli childe but could be busy and for venti I think deluc can just give the restaurant free wine if they give free food to the archons or something

I think Raiden Shogun would be (reluctantly) paying for them all, especially those 2 are her (hopeless broke) seniors, and Tri-Comissions would totally support her, especially for money problem. Even if they go hangout and eating in other nations, she could tell the restaurant owner that her government people will pay it so ask it to them instead.

I think the most reasonable solution is either Venti or Zhongli. Venti himself can pretty much make mora anywhere that has people as seen in the comics. Venti may also play for the restaurant they are in to get the necessary mora in order to pay. Raiden is too disconnected to know how mora works while Zhongli will use the wallet excuse. Chances are though, if Venti's lyre breaks or somehow gets lost, then Zhongli will have to pay by placing it on his workplace.
