Hay mate I would like to say thank you for all the helpful videos that you have put out I have enjoyed watching them over the years I hope you have a very merry Xmas Happy and prosperous New Year to you and your family
@@lowguidoschopshop Never forget, a dude sued a company who sold electric drills after he used one for dentistry on himself. And he won because they never said the product couldn’t/shouldn’t be used for that
Said it before and will say it again, the XT series of connectors will 100% of the time shit all over the Tplug. The ONLY reason why everyone jizzes all over the Tplug is because they were the "first" upgrade that airsoft techs did in the day and marketed them as this amazing thing just because it was a simple ass thing they could do and charge for. In every test the XT series always outperform the Tplug which not to mention majority of the time is not the actual real plugs but china knockoffs. As for the usual size comparison people bring up, the XT connectors arent that much bigger than the Tplug especially when you put the caps on them as people are starting to do.
this was unnecessary all that was needed was a resistance number for each connector the xtsix0 wins this without even trying to i used deans back in the day but theyre too sloppy after 3 uses tamiya's are fine under 20a jst is just trash get rid of it 5a bursts xtsix0 is overkill the 30 is all blasters need unless youre running higher current gear like a stupid 1eight0 spring like me can we get an appropriate awg video too this high temp wire is a complete joke especially if youre using jst or tamiyas wih their higher resistance
They suck. They're vulnerable to moisture and will short out at higher voltages much quicker than other styles. The gap in between them spans in a straight line from contact to contact. XT connectors have the gap span 2 90 degrees, making shorts and moisture damage less likely
Test again when you up the spring I think you'll notice more of a difference with a higher load on the plugs. With that set-up Deans and xt60 give you a little bit quicker trigger response because of the higher peak amp's but they make a big difference if you're running 13/1, m130 with a 40k motor
Coming from building FPV drones running 6s with battey c ratings up to 120. I've never needed silver wire. I highly doubt silver wiring in gel blasters dose anything. I think it's probably a gimmick. Would make for an interesting video 👍. Loving the channel mate. 🖖
Hey just wondering how to upgrade my trigger and make it an easy pullback / air feeling like more of the upper hand guns, i have an mp5 and it doesn’t feel too nice when pulling the trigger back any help on how to make it feel nicer / easier thanks.
Awesome video once again. You would find that the lower end connectors would have a higher resistance connection. Over a short period of time it wouldn’t make much difference. Higher load over longer period of time will cause the connector to heat up increasing the resistance which will cause less current flow.
