Kore makes the perfect belt for me. Very very comfortable. Unlike any other belt I've ever used or owned. I tried one out first, loved it so much I bought 3 more. Now I have 2 casual (black and brown), and 2 dress (black and brown). I've thrown away (aka recycled) all my old belts now!!
I've been using Slidebelts for a few years now. I really like the buckle action and the look. Problems, after a long time were 1 belt eventually wore out where the buckle clamps on to it. One other belt eventually cracked and broke on the end away from the buckle. Both were at least 3 years old and what they call the 'Classic Belt Strap' when this happened I mentally labelled it normal wear and tear. I was able to replace both buying just the strap not a new buckle as well. One normal 1.25" one 1.5". at a reasonable price and all in the garden is rosy. I'm still ready to try the other's which I only just discovered even exist. All 3 3-year old buckles are still working fine.
Comes to......a lot of options! Love it. Hey Robert just saw you on @40overfashion, looking good for date night. Enjoy your content and was great to see you included on Johns channel. Continued success..😁👍
All three You mentioned that the buckles and straps are interchangeable within the other brands... Do you have footage verifying this? Lol kind of a weird question. If I could I would like to mix and match belts and buckles between Anson and kore
I don't do it between the slidebelt and others because that's a 1.25 and my belts are all 1.5. But yes, I use Kore straps with Anson buckles all the time. Shoot me a DM on IG and I'll show you
Everyday unfortunately for me my 2 anson leather belt buckles broke in less than a year and the leather looks pitted and the edges are pretty worn. I understand these companies pay you to review but honestly it is a cheap belt.
Although other reviewers may be paid for their reviews, I was not. They didn't even send me product for free. I purchased the belts with my own money and this review is based on my personal experience. I do know they offer lifetime warranty so if the buckles have broken, I would attempt to reach out to them. They are pretty good at standing behind their products.
I had TRAK LINE>> (Kore?) and the 2 piece leather with some cardboard in the middle (glued together) came apart after a year. I got ANSON and the buckle kept coming undone from the strap!
Those of us in the know, know kore makes the best ratchet belts for men. But if your a woman or child then anson or slidebelts or mission or nexbelt will work good too.
Thanks to the awesome vid. I bought several of these last year to try out and youre correct they are nice. I agree I thought the anson was pretty nice too but my preference was kore for nicer buckles and overall reviews seemed better. I never had the sliderbelt so can't speak to that one.
Kore definitely has a great product. You really can't go wrong with any of the three. I just preferred Anson for the numerous options for colors and lifetime warranty. I appreciate your feedback.
Out of the three, Slidebelts was third for me. The strap construction on the Kore was best but overall I like the options provided by Anson. I frequently use my Anson buckle on my Kore strap.
Have 2 Anson's. Buckle broke after a year. Reached out to Anson and they shipped me a new buckle the same day. Only other issue I have had is that over time the material on the strap where the buckle bites will weaken over time and I have had the buckle release when I bent over. Fix is to cut an half an inch back but I will eventually run out of belt. I will reach out to Anson and see if they will send a new strap. Until then I will try a Kore which has 2 screws in addition to the teeth. UPDATE: I sent an email with pictures to Anson and within 1 hour they responded and are shipping me a new belt strap. Even if the Kore has the better quality, its only a 1 year warranty vs a lifetime with Anson. Given that, it was a concern when the Anson buckles released due to the material failure. I have a Kore belt on order and I will see if it the build quality is better and if it holds up over the long haul.
Hello, right now there is a promotion of 3 Anson Belt for $ 100, what do you say I buy 3 Anson with less quality and nickel buckle or a single Full grain leather Kore Belt with titanium buckle, it is of better quality and from my country Both options would cost me the same, only that in one it would have 3 belts and in another only 1 in the case of the Kore Belt.
It really depends, do you prefer color options or quality? The Kore strap is definitely a sturdier belt but I prefer the anson buckles and of course the variety of colors. That being said, if I wear black or brown, usually the strap is Kore with the Anson buckle. Hope that helps!
