Jennie got most lines because she is the lead vocalist ,main rapper and center of the group! Jisoo is also lead vocalist but she got least lines cause she is the lead visual of the group and visualists always got least lines cause they have to focus in visuals more than their vocals.✌
Rosé and Jennie get more lines beacause Jennie is main rapper and Rosé is main vocalist also Lisa has her own role which is main rapper and for jisoo is visual but also jisoo doesn't know too much english and nowadays in kpop song they have more english than korean lyrics
Jennei is not lead vocalist but she is centre of the group jisoo is lead vocalist but jisoo singing less line jennei singing more line because jennei is centre face of the group and strong voice

Positions in group plays an important role. If someone is a Main Rapper and lead vocalist they will get both rap and vocal part. It increases their lines automatically because of their voice being suitable for both parts.
