I own a pair of Thursday Boots premiere low tops in the coffee color way. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, I will buy a second pair in white when I get paid next.
This right here. I was looking into minimalist leather sneakers and after looking at a bunch of different brands, I came across the premier low tops from Thursday Boots Co. I was familiar with the company for some time likely due to their social media ads, so I went to their store in NYC to look at them and try on a pair. Just like you, I ended up getting the premier low tops in the coffee color and I love how they look. Very nice coffee/brown color that can go with pants, jeans, chinos and shorts in a variety of colors. At first, they feel a bit stiff like I assume all leather sneakers can feel at first, but after the "break in" period which didn't take super long, they are very comfortable and feel great for walking around in. If I didn't already own the Adidas stan smith all white sneakers, I would get those low tops in all white. Their other colors look nice and for $129, it's at an attractive price compared to other brands of minimalist leather sneakers and they seem well made.
Another banger comparison video 🔥 I would’ve liked to see your thoughts on the Oliver Cabell sneakers since I see those ads the most on my social media feeds haha
Reebok Club C 85 vintage are my daily’s. I also got a pair of Thursdays, Koios, and Beckett Simonon. Of those three, Thursdays are the most comfortable, Koio are the most sleek and stylish, and the Becket Simonon are overall the best value with a slightly different look than the other two.
Hey man, just want to thank you for this video, even though *grumble* about the misleading thumbnail as you don't cover a lot of brands listed there at all LOL. I appreciate the detail and was interested in your thoughts on New Republic and especially Goral because Goral doesn't have too many reviews out there. I'd love a pair and I guess I'll have to save up...also curious exactly how much more resoleable it really truly is with that blake stitch and how much it'd cost (since I'm in USA, I don't have the option to ship back to Goral for work...cost prohibitive). It was great that you covered fit. Goral do actually run veeeery snug so I'm glad it worked out for you. I'm a US 10 on brannock with socks on and Goral themselves recommend me the UK 10 which is US 11. Anyway, thanks for the video!
The way people walk in these videos looks so unnatural (I’m assuming it’s to not get creases in the shoe?) And if you can’t walk naturally, doesn’t that instantly mean the shoe isn’t comfortable? There is leather out there that won’t crease, and therefore won’t compromise your posture, walk, etc
may I ask how tall are you. I am 5'6 and also Asian, I normally wear size 9 On Cloud Sneakers. Dress shoes I can fit a size 8.5. Wondering if I should get the Beckett Simonon in 8.5 or 9?
I have seen your best polo video multiple times and it was great, now I am heavily into this type of sneaker market and I was very happy to see you had a video on this as well. Thank you, this series is amazing and I can't get enough of it!
@@MensFashionFilesyes they are plus their sizing is beyond horrible, they only come in full size 42 is too tight for me and a 43 is way too big, I wear size 10 in everything
