Can you be a sole trader while at the same time employed full-time by another employer, i.e. working in a full time job but doing side gigs as a sole trader?
Cheers dude!!! So in a LLC if you own 100% of the shares doesn't that mean you are responsible for all liablities of debts and expenses?? Sorry this is probably a dumb question :P When you are a LLC im assuming your company funds is seperate from your personal funds as you have a different ird number. Again this is probably obvious but I've only just started resercing this topic.
