Well be going back to Broken Bow for TAC in 2023. This will be my 2nd time so I know what to expect now. With that being said, im goin Carbon. Watch and see which i feel is the best fit for me.
It was tough honestly. Go shoot them both back to back. Then take that dampener off the Hoyt and put in on the era. If you can still justify the 300 difference then get the Hoyt. Hoyt has the best grip to me hands down
Booooo!!! 😂 You had the right choice on the first time! #teamhoyt baby! RX7 Ultra all the way. My Ultra is definitely the smoothest bow I’ve ever shot. I looked at the elite yesterday, I wasn’t a huge fan. I also really like the new PSE Mach 34! Anyways, I really liked the video style, mimicking a recruits college choice was a cool way of showing us. 👌🏼 Which TAC you going to this coming season? We went to TN last year, going to try out PA this year.
When the Elite came in I had 0 expectations because I was sold on the Hoyt. It’s smooth and crisp on the break. Then I shot the Elite. I shot all back to back and the Hoyt and Elite seriously separate themselves from the pack. I kept shooting those 2 bows and it was so close but the elite came out on top.
. I’m out in Vegas now at the Vegas shoot. But I’ll definitely give a solid follow up and walk through of my opinion and what I like and don’t like about all the carbons
You made the right choice and that's coming from someone who has owned way more new Hoyts than Elite's... Elite this year came out with some great Bows actually the last few years but especially this year..Btw cool video man...✌🏻

I highly suggest shooting it. I was seriously sold on the RX7 til I shot this. I spent hours shooting them both back to back. Go shoot it for yourself.
Planning to shoot the TAC in Tennessee this year. I've shot tournaments for years but this will be my first time shooting a TAC. They look like a blast.
Don’t like the draw cycle at all on the levitate, Carbon one is the heaviest. The Rx7 and Era have the smoothest shot release. The Rx7 has the best grip. I don’t think the Rx7 is work $300+ more. I have a lil more adjustability with the era.
It’s a shooter. If you’re looking for a lil more speed that’s not carbon. The elite omnia would be a great pick up as well. If you’re not a fan. The bowtech ss34 has a smooth draw and nice feel as well
