Which certification is best CSM or PMI-ACP?
In this video, I talk about the differences between the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
It goes over the basics of each certification, what it can do for you, and which one you might want to get based on your career path.
I talk about SCRUM being one agile method among many others for agile environments. So CMS is focused on one method: the SCRUM Method.
You will learn the fundamentals of Scrum Master roles.
On the other hand, the PMI-ACP Certification is issued by the PMI (Project Management Institute).
It demonstrates that you have a broader knowledge of the Agile mindset.
