Great looking vehicles. how many do you have ? Watching these videos convinced me I need to find one to fix up. :-) Prices are so much more reasonable than a late 60s muscle car. Keep the videos coming !
@@RustyDuckGarage I see what you mean for a nice one, those are kind of pricey. I bought a new silverado in 81 for 9k, kind of wished I would have kept it. I bet that El Camino wasn't a few thousand !, that thing is beautiful. Really enjoying the videos, keep up the good work !
You're Big 10 looks sweet. I like the stock white wheels with corporate dog dish covers on it. It's what I'm running on my 85 long bed. There is no definitive "best" whatever tires and wheels a person choses is what's important.
@@RustyDuckGarage may I ask what size were the stock steel wheels and tires on the first C10? I'm looking for 30 inch tall tires but having some problems finding them that fit 15x6 inch rims
When you lowered the truck , was the pinion angle of your driveshaft ok ? Because I've read doing the rear axle flip causes the pinion angle to change THANK YOU
Steve. It would change the angle but the axle brackets I used compensate for the drop and keeps the angle where it should be. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3gpscwy664A.html
I don't understand why so many people like square body chevys lowered. I'd never do that to my 85 c10 half ton I think lowering kits look stupit on these trucks. No offence to you sir still a nice old Chevy!!
