For skill 4, flicker step is alot better as it used to have no endlag as a counter move which start up a combo easily, dynamite takes a long time to blow up and using quick draw to detonate is very situational. Also, quick draw combos aren't true, so remove 6% from that bandit combo u did. Bandit is still better tho imo
