That caliray color corrector changed my life fr. I was always so insecure about the darkness around my eyes & this helps hide them enough to even my skin tone out. I usually wear it alone & if I’m trying to get ready ready then I’ll add a concealer on top, but this does the job alone. I love it.
For the girlies with bad pigmentation, like myself. I have sunken in super dark eyes in comparison to my face, it’s about 7 shades darker than the rest of my face, go for a deeper shade of corrector than specified for your actual skin tone and add a layer of brightening concealer shade over, I also like to set with the huda beauty glowish powder, it adds coverage and adds to concealing the pigmentation, sets it, but doesn’t look cakey, especially for ladies who require quite a bit of product under the eye.
As a girl with a deep skin tone I feel so glad to find makeup channels like yours. It’s so much easier to find the best products for my skin tone and type. 💗🥰 Before I didn’t understand that I needed to take makeup inspiration mostly from brown girlies as it’s what works best for my skin tone. 💗🥹I’ve improve a lot in makeup due to that.
I’ve been wanting to try a colour corrector but was wondering how drugstore brands compare? For example, NYX released these concealer and colour correcting sticks which look interesting!
I love the caliray one. I want to try it. My issue with color correctors is that yes it helps my dark purple under eyes but now I feel like my under eyes look kinda orange so I’m thinking caliray would be perfect for me.

Don't you find that when you use the color corrector that's like for deep orange. It looks like deeper than the foundation like it's not like matching.
I was super pale myh entire life I was lighter than the lightest shade but about 5 summers ago I got ALOT of sun and didn't ever use sunscreen (slight regrets) ever since myh skin is a totally different shade than I've been myh whole life. I'm 32years old now and I have no idea what myh correct shade is.. I'm not a makeup girlie, I like simple and nourishing as I can get makeups. I wish there were an easy way for me to discover myh shade match
Well, I live in Europe. We don't have Sephora. We have Bipa, Müller and DM. (In Austria) And I don't know these brands. Never saw them in these Drugstores.
For me the problem is that I am pale but have yellow /orangey discoloration around my mouth especially under and it doesn’t help that my mustache gives me blue shade if I don’t wax😵💫 so idk what to do about that wout needing color corrector for light makeup
