It is common knowledge that the U.S. shares its nuclear weapons with its NATO members under the nuclear weapons sharing program. Currently, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and Turkey each have 20 B61 warheads.
While sharing is the wrong word here, the weapons are guarded by the U.S. Air Force, and the codes needed to arm the warheads remain under American control.
However, it is commonly believed that Pakistan would supply Saudi Arabia with nuclear weapons if needed, with reports saying that Saudi Arabia could buy up to 6 warheads off the shelf, as the two countries have close relations and the Saudi royal family has reportedly paid for 60% of Pakistan's nuclear program. Although, both countries deny that any such agreement exists.
