Wow I came to the video early! I'm new to your channel but I love it a lot! Also I am learning how to become an artist myself I love how you color the hair and I will referring to your video! :) I love japanese food and I also really love Boba and recently I learned how to make drinkable mochi and add it to bubble tea drinks and it's the best I have ever had! Why the America one does not look good is because you need to use the darker color + less saturated color for the shadows. Keep in mind the values. It takes practice, but you can do it!
