I always liked playing claw rather then paddles but as time went by the pain started catching up in my wrist thumb and forearms so I’d say long term claw isn’t worth it but everyone’s different

Paddles and L3 is all I need! I used to use a strike pack for about a year, then I bought a scuff and it broke within two months. I then bought the Power Fusion A acontroller and it has been by far the best option I’ve had.

You should turn your fps counter back on, and play on high settings with medium post processing and 240fps

You can do both, take one of your pointer fingers off of the rb/lb, then leave all your fingers the same.

I've tried paddles once, and I never really liked the feel of them. On the other hand, I've been using claw grip ever since I had a PS2. I've never really had problems with it, no pain, no issues, and I still prefer using claw to this day. It's too the point that even when I don't need to use the face buttons, my index finger is always on top. It just somehow feels unnatural now when my index finger is on the trigger or bumper.

If you’re on ps4 still, the back button attachment is OP. only 30$ only thing is just be delicate when installing it because it’s kinda fragile. It took me a few sessions to get used to it, so play ZB and use left paddle jump (X) and right paddle sprint (L3). This way I can jump/sprint with either hand. So if I’m just roaming around I’ll use X to jump and mantle, and when I’m actually fighting someone in tight quarters, I’ll use paddle for jump. Same with sprint, it’s nice when roaming map to not have to click L3 constant and just use paddle and auto/toggle run.

i feel like if your used to a xbox controller than claw might be better for u bc its easier but if your ps4 or ps5 i recommend paddles i tried playing claw for 3 weeks and i my pointer finger hurt really bad but i played claw and got used to it in 1 week and was able to pull out my builds and jump comfortable i use the ps4 back buttons and i really think there rly good

Does anyone use back buttons and still play claw ? I'm using back buttons now but want to learn claw aswell mainly just for triangle and square on ps5.

There's a couple pro players I know that use at least one paddle along with playing claw. Wolfiez plays right claw and uses 1 paddle and whofishy plays left claw and uses 2 paddles

You should learn claw, its free and in imo its thr beat decision you can make. I switched to claw a year ago and i get no pain in my hand. The grip isnt un natural or awkward but you just have to get used to it. And it only takes a few days to learn 10 days max and you will have more acces to buttons on claw rather than paddles

I highly recommend double claw grip. Depending on how fast a Lerner you are it can take you 1-2 weeks if you stick with claw and don’t cheat and go back to regular hand grip.😁

I always played claw very intensely, and now got an elite seroes 2 controller. But dont know if i should get used to paddles. Its so hard though

I’ve always played claw. I have the DualShock paddles now and I’m finding it very difficult to play with them, Idk if It would be even that much of an advantage with paddles…

I thought about it and tried claw and paddles at a friends house and paddles I found were better. Not only I don’t use claw because of the damage it can cause but I just bought an elite 2 controller which was expensive but completely worth it.

I’ve been playing claw for almost 2 years now (inspired by sway) and have no pains. I can definitely say I felt pain on the first few weeks of trying claw then muscle memory got me used to it. It feels so comfortable now no matter what controller I use. Personal preference tho

I played on paddles for around a year, and I much prefer the claw grip. I spent 300$ on an xbox elite controller only for it to arrive with 2 defective paddles straight outta the box. I've been playing claw for around 4 months now, and I recently switched to right hand spider claw, I just find it much more comfortable

Good thing about the elite 2 is that it has customisable thumb sticks so it is easier to get used to claw on one of these controllers and you can just take the paddles off. Been trying them both recently and still finding it hard which one is better for me.

Paddles are such a waste of money. Unless you get the back button attachment or a strike pack, it’s just downright a scam to buy a controller just for paddles that cost $200. Claw is not bad for you as long as you properly take care of your hand/wrist

@@MichaelJacksonVideos260 don’t quit. it took me 3 months for me to feel comfortable on claw. I play double claw too. if I hold a controller regularly it feels very weird to me. claw is better than paddles imo. you get more control
