Let's be honest the main reason why charges are typically dropped without prejudice is so that they can protect themselves from lawsuits

Welllllll it happened to me… my case was dismissed without prejudice then refilled when the plaintiff said I threatened her which I was in another state….. then it was dismissed again then my own attorney I hired reopened the case against me stating he worked a deal with the plaintiff who was represented by the state. Confusing right so I have another court date for the 3rd time on the same case…. What do I do????

Thank you my husband passed 4 months ago and he won the case while he was in the hospital nursing home judge said with prejudice so the other lawyer got mad and filed an appeal anyway it was a landlord renter case and the judge was not happy with the renter I hope it has just gone away all this was before I even met John 2017.

Dismissing a Small Claims Case, without Prejudice, and reaching a Settlement with a Telecommunications Company, is a sigh of: Relief. It shows that The Telecommunications Company and yourself, can reach a Settlement, that benefits all.

My girlfriend had to go to court with my ex over a fictitious CPO that was made against her. The judge literally put that all of the mental distress that my ex suffered was due to her own anger. It was also denied and dismissed with Prejudice. She had absolutely no proof in any way. Does this basically show on a closing statement that she lied under oath?

Ok, this just happened in court in Las Vegas, Nv, the attorney did not show up ( Jan 16) . Today I received an "Arbitration Selection List" Do I have to respond to this nonsense? Ken
