It’s very rare that I do comparison videos, but you guys stated that you wanted this one so I figured I might as well deliver. Itachi Uchiha is definitely a fan favorite character amongst the Naruto community so this is a video I felt like was deserved. Despite the fact I really contemplated on whether I wanted to do it or not. Comparison videos really aren’t my thing but I will continue to do them as long as you guys support these uploads. I tried to be crystal clear on everything and make sure that I included as many details as possible. I probably forgot a few things, but if I did, I will more than likely place them in the comment section below. BONUS: The hands are interchangeable, but the skin tones do not match. Face plates are not interchangeable at all.

Honestly, if you add a fabric cloak, the first one aged very well.

It's wild to see that the figures aren't that much different when it comes to articulation design considering the 8 year difference between the figures. I always enjoy these videos, even if they are of figures I don't have nor plan on getting, but if you don't like doing them, you don't need to. If you do another one of these, maybe you could have like a post on YT or IG that is just what questions people have regarding comparing or swapping parts between the figures you are talking about. That way it could help narrow down what you will be talking about.

IMO the old one looks like a younger Itachi, back when Sasuke was a kid, and the new one kinda looks like his older self, longer face with a tad duller eyes, like he looked during his final fight with Sasuke (sorta) so idk I like them both. Old one is way too expensive rn for me tho so, got the new one on the way!

I own both and actually prefer the new one. I already had soft goods for the old one as well but the new one grew on me. Especially the articulation. I'm really hoping they redo Madara too

Face on the old one is better, he also has wider shoulders as well but for the articulations the new one is so much better it's not even fair. My old one's articulations on the shoulder would always pop out whenever I tried to pose the arms...

Honestly I feel like I got to say it the original itachi has a better likeness on the facesculpt and when I look at it I'm like that's the itachi I remember seeing in the anime

I personally wouldn’t get sukuna right now as tamashi is reissuing the jjk figures so I would save my money and wait but you can do you I would be getting sukuna too if he wasn’t so much rn

i prefer the old one tbh. i dont mind the plastic cloak at all, but i understand if you trynna pose him or play with him then the plastic cloak is janky as hell. i would just buy a second hand soft cloak for him. the faces on the older one are the big seller for me.
