Pakistan imports 70% of its edible oil from abroad. This portion consists of 80% from Indonesia and 20% from Malaysia. But during current prevailing global conditions, Indonesia has banned its edible oil export to other countries that is a big blow to the imports of edible oil by Pakistan.
